Die Krfindunß bezieht sich auf einen K o 1 b e n
für (iarnierspritzon, Sahneschläger usw.. Bisher wurden
diese K o 1 b o n aus Draht (Hundeison) gebogen. Bei
vorliegender Neuerung wird der K o 1 b e n aus Motall-
rohr oder gerolltem Blech hergestellt. Dadurch ergibt
sich eine Material-benw. Gewichtsorsparnis von ca. 60 dd3.
Der aus gerolltem Blech efertigto K o l b o n steht
dem aus Draht hergeutollten 1C o l b e n in der Haltbar-
keit gleich.
Beschreibung.

Der K o l b o n besteht aus folgenden Tollen :
'Kolbenstange a), Criff b), Dichtunssohoibenhaltor o),
Dichtunsschoibo d) wnd VorntelfwnsMUffe e).
Kolbenstange a) und üi, iff b) bestehen aus einem utu. oß
Metallrohr oder gerolltem Blech, können aber auch aus
zwei Teilen hergestellt und durch Löten, Nieten oder
sonstige geeignete Art miteinander verbunden werden. Zur
Versteifung derÜbergangsstelleonKilbenstange Griff dient die Muffe
e). Statt der Muffe e) kann ein Stück Rundeisen, das in den Hohlkörper gesteckt
wird, zur Versteifung dienen und das Griffende an der Übergangsstelle verlötet werden.
Die Dichtungsscheibe d) wird mittels des Halters c), der in die Kolbenstange a)
eingeschoben und durch die Kerbe f) arretiert wird, befestigt. Durch die Kerbe f)
wird der Halter o) unlösbar ! mit der Stange a) verbunden und gegen Verdrehung gesichert.
Die Arretierung des Halters c) kann auch durch !
Löten oder sonstige geeignete Art erfolgen.
