Die Erfindung betrifft eine große Anzahl zweipoliger Verbr=-
eher, wie Tadnktionmgfeg, Sekweißmanehinex und dgl, g die
ein-
phasig an. Brehstromaetze angeschlossen werden. Diene Terbran-
eher haben eine hohe Leistungsauf`n.abme und belasten das
Drek-.
stromnetz in unzulässiger Weise unsymmetrisch. Durch kapazitive
b$w, induktive Blindwiderstände in den beiden anderen Ttasen
kann die Symmetrie wieder hergestellt werden, Toraussetzung
ist jedoch, daß der zweipolige Verbraucher einen ohmsehen
Wi-
derstand darstellt, In der Praxis sind diese Verbraucher
jedoch
keine reinen Wirkwiderstände und ihr zumeist induktiver
Blind-
anteil muß durch entsprechende Zuschaltung von Kapazitäten
auf
den Leistungsfaktor cosl?- 1 kompensiert werden.
Da sich der Wirk- und Blindanteil des zweipoligen yerbrauohers
während des Arbeitsvorganges verändern kaum,. muß die Koapensa-
tiori des Blindanteils und somit auch die Symmetrierung
ständig
erfolgen. Vorteilhaft erfolgt dies selbsttätig mittels einer
Regeleinrichtung; derartige Binriohtungen sind mehrfach
bekannt
geworden. Sie arbeiten entweder mit Meßwerkregler
(Pallbügel#
regler), dessen Meßwerke Blind- bzw. Wirkleistungsmesser
sind,
oder nach dem Prinzip des Stromvergleichs der einzelnen
Phaaemg,
wobei die Differenz derselben polarisierte Relais
steuert, die
entsprechende Kapazitäten oder Induktivitäten zur Kompensation
und Symmetrierung über Schaltwalzen, Schaltschütze o, dg1.
str
bzw. abschalten. Diese Regeleinrichtungen weisen jedoch
Nsoh-
teile auf, so haben sie z, B. Dreipunktoharakteristik! geben
also
nur die Richtung der Abweichung! nicht jedoch deren Betrag*an.
Es werden also nacheinander soviel Kondensatoren zu- bzw.
abge-
schaltet, bis der oos 5P - 1 ist, Aus Gründen der feinstufigkeit
sind dabei eine größere Anzahl Kondensatoren gleicher Kapazität
vorzusehen, je mehr um so genauer die Regelung,
Das bedingt eine ebenso große Zahl von Schaltschützen und
eine
hohe Schalthäufigkeit, damit also großen Verschleiß, Weiterhin
werden für die SJmmetrierung und die Kompensation je ein
Realer
beaötiat, wobei aus prozeibedixgten Gründen die Spuetrieruag
erst naeh erfolgter Kompensation durekgeßührt werden kann.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die aufgezeigten
Bän.-
gel au. beseitigen.. ddOst wird diese Aufgabe
dadurch, da8 'die
Pkasenversehiebung des lsrbranehera und die Unsysmetrie
des Drein
stroaaetzes auf eine phasen#-finkelaessnng zurückgeführt
und mit-
tels eines Beßgliedes der Phasenwinkel periodisch abgetastet
und
in riehtungsabh]Lngige Izpulse, deren Anzahl dem Betrag
der Phar-
senvereehlebung bzw. der Unsfetrie proportional ist,
umgewan-
delt wird.
Am Beispiel eines einphasigen Induktionsofens soll an Hand
der
Zeiehnnng 71g. 1 ... 4 die Erfindung näher erläutert werden.
In gig. 1 wird ein einphasiger Induktionsofen 1 im Drehstromnetz
RST dargestellt. Mit einer Kondensatorbatterie 2 soll der
Blind-
anteil des Ofens kompensiert werden. Eine Kondensatorbatterie
3 und eine Indukt ivit itt 4 dienen zur Symmetri ersing
, wobei aus F er-
tignngsgrUnden der Einßluß der Indu'ktivität
4. mit einer parallel
geschalteten Kondensatorbatterie 4a verändert wird. Anstelle
der
8ondensatorbatterie 4a könnte auch die Induktivität 4 stufenweise
zu- bzw, abgeschaltet werden.
Die ]Kompensation erfolgt in der Weise, daß die Spannung
URT mit
einen Transformator 5 auf einen Be9-Trigger 6 Tiber Umschaltkon-
takte ? gegeben wird, der aus der Sinussehwingung
mit f = 5o Hz
Reohteekinpulse von 1 o ms Dauer und 1 o ms Abstand
formt.
Bit den Stromwandler 8 wird über dem Transformator 9 eine
dem
Phasenstrom dRT proportionale Spannung U über Umschaltkontakte
1o auf einen BoH-Trigger 11 gegeben, der wie der MeD-Trigger

teilt. Der erste dieser Impulse wird auf ein. Hoinzidenzglied

und der zweite, der den ersten gegenüber um JT/2 verschoben
ist,
auf ein goinzidenzglied 14 gegeben. Auf die Koiazidenzglieder

Bei vollständiger Kompensation den Ofenblindstromes sind
diese
Impulse ioB 180o gegen den Impuls vom BeD-Trigger
6 und somit
aueh gegen die geteilten Impulse vom Mnpulateiler
12 verseho-
ben, so daß sie im Koinzidenzglied 13 bzw. 14 nicht
mit den ge-
teilten Impulsen koinzidieren können. $s entsteht also an

Auf den anderen Eingang werden von einem Frequenzgenerator

impulse einer Frequenz von mehreren kät gegeben. Am Ausgang
des
Impulsumformers 15 bzw. 16 entstehen &nn während der
Zeit, in
der der Ausgangsimpuls vom Koinzidenzglied 13 bzw. 14 anliegt
Impulse mit der Frequenz des Frequenzgenerators 17. Dessen
Fre-
quenz wird durch die Anzahl der Impulse bestimmt, die während
der Zeit des Ausgangsimpulses von Koinzidenzglied 13 bzw.
14
benötigt werden, um soviel gondensatoreinheiten der Kondensator-
batterie 2 dem Induktionsofen zu- bzw. abzuschalten,

Phasenwinkel f kompensiert wird. Die Ausgangsimpulsevom
Impuls-
umformer 15 bzw. 16 werden auf einen Vor-Rüokwärtszähler

Die Aus-

h. zu dem eventuell
gespeicherten Wert addiert; die Ausgangsimpulse vom Impulsumfor-
mer 16 werden in Rüokwärtsrichtung eingezählt, d. h. von
dem
eventuell gespeicherten Wert subtrahiert. Durch die richtige
Dimensionierung einer ständig eingeschalteten Grundkapazität

zu den Schaltkapazitäten der Kondensatorbatterie 2 wird
verhin-
dert, daß der Vor-Rüokwärtszähler 2o unter den Wert Null
gezählt

sation auf Symmetrieruns und umgekehrte auf folgende

Wechselspannung mit 5o Hz wird auf einen Mel3-Trigger 24

der sie in Reohteokimpulse von 1o ms Dauer und 1o ms Abstand

formt. Diese Impulse gelangen auf einen Prequenzuntersetzer

Frequenzgenerator 17 über den Mel3-Trigger 19 gelangen ständig
Impulse hoher Frequenz an das Koinzidenzglied 199 die jedoeh
nur
beim gleichzeitigen Vorhandensein der Impulse vom monostabilen
Multivibrator 26 und der Impulse vom frequenzuntersetzer 25
auf den
Impulsumformer 15 bzw. 16 gelangen können. Die Impulsfolge
am Aus-
gang des Impulsumformers 15 bzw. 16 wird dann in der Dauer
durch
den Impuls vom Koinzidenzglied 13 bzw. 14 bestimmt und ist
dem
Phasenwinkel £P proportional.
Nach 2o ms ist der Impuls vom Frequenzuntersetzer 25 beendet,
damit können vom Koinzidenzglied 19 keine Impuleemehr auf den
Impulsumformer 15 bzw. 16 gelangen. Nach 2o ms gelangt
vom Fre-
quenzuntersetzer 25 wieder ein Impuls auf das Koinzidenzglied
19,
da inzwischen 25 ... 3o ms vergangen sind und somit vom monostar-
bilen Multivibrator 26 kein Impuls am Koinzidenzglied 19 anliegt
werden die Impulse hoher Frequenz nicht an den Impulsumformer
15 bzw. 16 weitergegeben. Der Phasenwinkel zwischen Phasen-
strom "dRT und der Spannung URT wird also um 2o ms, d, h,
eine
Sinussohwingung, periodisch alle 2o,4 s in Impulse umgeformt.
In 1o,2 s nach der Phasenwinkelmessung der Kompensation
wird
vom 7requenzuntersetzer 25, Ausgang At, wieder ein Impuls
von
1o,2 s Dauer abgegeben. Dieser Impuls schaltet über einen
mono-
stabilen Zultivibrator 27 mit einer Impulszelt von oa, 0,5
s
und einem Impedanzwandler 28 ein. Relais 29. Dieses schaltet
mit
seinen Umsehaltkontakten 7 und 1o die Regeleinriehtung über
den
Transformator 4o an einen den Strom I$ erfassenden
Stromwandler
3o und über einen Transformator 31 an eine Spannung UR.,
und
mit seinen Umsohsltkontakten 23 an einen Vor-Rückwärtszähler

um die Symmetrierang durehsuführen. Bekanntlich ist
dann das
Drehstromnetz syamitriert, wenn der Strom JR mit der Spannung
URO in Phase liegt, jede t@nsymmetrie wird durch, eine P'hasenver-
sehiebung zwischen J, und URO angezeigt.
Der Meß- und Regelvorgang verläuft ebenso wie bei der Kompen-
sation. Da die S'mmetrierung nicht so feinstufig erfolgen
ward,
ist für die Impulsfolgebildung im Impulsämformer 15 bsw.
16 eine
andere Frequenz erforderlich. Die Frequenz von einigen kHz
wird
einem Prequenzgenerator 33 entnommen und über einen MeB-Trigger
34 auf ein Koinzidenzglied 35 gegeben.
Mit dem Impulsbeginn vom Ausgang A' des 7requenzuntersetz--ers
25
wird auch ein 2o ms Impuls vom Frequenzuntersetz--er 25
auf einen
Aegator 36 gegeben, der den Impuls negiert und somit nach
2o ms
d. h. den invertierten Impulsabstand von 2o ms auf das Koinzidenz-
glied 35 gibt. Gleichzeitig wird der Impuls vom Ausgang

7requenzuntersetzers 25 über einen monostabilen Multivibrator

werden. An Ausgang dies Vor-Rückwärtszählers 32 werden die
ent-
sprechenden Kondensatoren bzw. Drosselstufen über Impedanswand-
ler 38 und Hilfsrelais 39 zu- bsw, abgeschaltet,
Nach der Im-
pulszeit von monostabilen Multivibrator 27 fällt das Relais

ab und die Umschaltkontakte 7; 1o und 23 schalten vorbereitend
auf Kompensation u, Durch den Negator 36 wird eine
Verzögerungs-
zeit von 8o ms erzielte damit das Relais 29 ansprechen kann9
ohne
daß ein Impuls vom Impulsumformer 15 bzw, 16 in die Unsehaltzeit
von Relais 29 fällt und somit zu einer Fehlmessung führt.
Die
Impulsbildungszeit beim Impulsumformer 15 und 16 beträgt
2o ms,
damit unabhängige von evtl, Phasenverschiebungen zwischen
dem
Drehstromnetz und der 5o Iiz Spannung vom Prequenzuntersetzer
25,
über eine Sinussohwingung der Meßwert erfaßt werden kann,
Mit
drei gleichen Widerständen 41 wird ein Sternnetz nachgebildet
so daß die Spannung URC abgegriffen werden kann. Zur Messung
kann
auch eine Spannung UST herangezogen werdeng da der Strom
JR senk-
recht darauf stehtg und muß dann zwischen Meß-Trigger 11
und
Koinzidenzglied 14 ein Negator geschaltet werden, um die
gleiche
Einrichtung zur Symmetrierune zu verwenden. Infolge der hohen
Zählfrequenz (mehrere kHz) und der relativ großen Anzugs-
und Ab-
fallzeit von Sohaltsohützenj, werden diese während
des Einsählens
in den Vor-Rückwärtszähler 32 nicht ab- bzw, zugeschaltet.
Die
Zu- und Abschaltung erfolgt erste wenn nach dem Zählvorgang
die
Hilfsrelais W1 ... W16 bzw. 39 der entsprechenden
Wertigkeit ein-
geschaltet bleiben, Die Schalthäufigkeit wird dadurch
stark
herabgesetzt, da durch den neuen Speicherwert nur die Sohaltsohüt-
ze betätigt werden, die entsprechend dem Speicherwert und
ihrer
Wertigkeit nicht benötigt werden, In Pig. 2 ist das
Impulsschema
für die Entstehung der Impulsfolge proportional snm fhasenwinlihl
aufgetragen, wonach mit B/C bis H/I die geteilten Impulse
der
Spannung URT nach dem Impulsteiler 12 bezeichnet sind. Mit

Gelangen
während dieser Zeit Impulse von den monostabilen Multivibratoren,
die nach den Koinzidenzgliedern 13 und 14 geschaltet sind,
auf
die Impulsformer 15; 16, so werden diese entsprechend
ihren Vor-
zeichen in den Vor-3.iokwärtszähler 2o eingezählt und
betätigen
über Impedanzwandler 21 und Hilfsrelais W1 ,., W16 in bekannter
Weise die Schaltschütze für die Kondensatoren zur Kompensation.
