Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung gleichmäßiger, beliebig dicker Metallüberzüge au)· Drähten, insbesondere auf Stahl- und Eisendraht. Bekanntlich wird der zu überziehende Draht von einer Trommel abgewickelt, durch ein flüssiges Metallbad gezogen, um dann wieder aufgewickelt zu werden, nachdem man ihn durch Sand, Asbest, Kork oder auch zwischen einstellbaren Backen hindurchgeführt hat, um das anhaftende überschüssige Metall, z. B. Zink, abzustreifen.
