Drittes Zusatz-Patent zu No. 8159 vom 10. April 1S79.Third additional patent to No. 8159 of April 10, 1S79.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 16. September 1880 ab. Längste Dauer: 9. April 1894.Patented in the German Empire on September 16, 1880. Longest duration: April 9, 1894.
setzt.Figs. 1 and 2 represent a Einsteckthürschlofs with angled transmitter. reversible trap A in the closed and open state, the one-part rotating locking part directly closing the lever B in the quadrant of a circle. The counter-lever C , due to its drawn shape, is sufficient for the use of light door handles without any further burden.
3 and 4 show a Einsteckthürschlöfs with a two-part, indirect lock with night bolt 'and with an inclined sender foldable latch A of the drawn form in the closed and open state. The lock used in this lock is different from my well-known two-part lock , when the transferring of the rotating part to the straight bolt for the easy attainment of an arbitrarily large thrust outside its guidance takes place in the following manner. In the rotating part there is an oblique, slit-shaped segment which cuts through its quadrant of a circle (indicated by two dotted lines), in which the round attachment of the straight bolt engages. In the middle of this segment the straight bolt is pushed forwards and backwards and held shut by the fact that the segment runs out in a circle or. after the transport each ends with a small, circular dead part, after which the rotating part, as a result of the force of gravity given to it by its external shape, both in the closed and in the open state. hangs from the round neck of the straight bar. The straight bolt is guided with its round approach either in the incisions of the lock plate, or. it is provided with a slot when the box locks are lying on top, as can be seen in FIGS. 9 and 10, and then slides over a pin attached to the lock base plate. . The thus arranged, two-part, indirect locking construction of my system is used with various types of locks and the outer shape of the rotating part is based on their inner dimensional relationships and can also be completely round if the type of lock does not require a center of gravity. The leaning latch A is blocked by the drop slide E of the form shown, guided vertically in the slots of the lock plate, which rests in the open state on the rotating part, after its locking rotation falls down and rests against the beveled nut of the door handle B, as well as with its upper end at α behind the sloping trap A.
ZurWhen the lock is opened, the drop slide E is raised again by the rotating part and allows the door handle lever B to move again, which is necessary for transporting the latch A. The movement of the reversible latch A of the form shown does not happen in this lock directly through the door handle lever B, which is shaped as shown, but by means of the load part D of the form shown, which is to be lifted by it and rests on its outermost end and which is guided vertically in the slots of the lock plates is. With the lock of trap A open, entry into the lock is permitted if the door is thrown, without the loading part D and its lever B being moved during this shock and only the counter-lever C, shaped as shown, being lifted up in order, by virtue of its pressure, to immediately snap forward trap A to enter the lock plate. This disposition resulted in a long period of time for the lever mechanism. The load part D therefore fulfills the purpose of counterbalancing the door handle attached to the lever B and, through the movement of this lever, it mediates the opening of the latch A. To the
The rotating part, as drawn, is correspondingly applied to a night lock of my system shaped.
Der rotirende Theil schliefst den Schlofsbügel im Quadranten seiner Drehscheibe ab und macht einen weiteren Verschlufs des Bügelendes unnöthig.5 and 6 show an overlying box door lock, in which the sloping trap A of the form shown is closed and at the same time pushed further into the lock plate. In Fig. 5 the door handle lever B of the form shown rests on the beak of the rotating part, and permits the movement of the latch A for daily use. After, as can be seen in Fig. 6, the rotating part turned towards the lock, its beak fell down by deviating from lever B and the pressure of the counter-lever C in the form shown snapped the latch A forward as far as the tip of the lever B. The rotating part has now closed the lever in the quadrant, as well as at the same time the counter-lever C, which is cut out uniformly towards its periphery. In this lock, the lever B is also independent of the return movement of the latch A. In FIGS. 7 and 8, the shapes of the locking parts required for the use of my known locks for an overlying box lock drawn in the closed and open state can be seen. In this lock, the lever B is also independent of the return movement of the latch A. FIGS. 9 and 10 show an overlying box door lock with a lifting latch of the form shown in the closed and open state, the two-part, two-part, described in FIGS. indirect closure construction is appropriate. The lifting latch B is shaped in such a way that it forms a balance for the door handle and covers the opening in the lock case for their movement, thereby preventing dirt etc. from entering. When the lock is closed, the lifting latch B is blocked by the drop slide R. The closing of the lifting trap B can, however, also be effected directly, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, and its base is then shaped to correspond to the quadrant closure. 11 and 12 show a padlock in the open state with a loose cover plate. FIGS. 13, 14, 15 (plan, cross-section, key) show the same construction for suitcases or other similar locks in the locked state. The rotating part closes the bow in the quadrant of its turntable and makes a further closure of the end of the bow unnecessary.
16, 17 and 18 represent a castle with two rotating bolts for use for desks, caskets, pianos etc. in a closed position and open state together with the cover plate. The longer beak rotates to close it of the rotating part, which is shaped as if drawn, the one above it, which is guided over a pencil rotating bolt of the drawn form, placing its bend at its bend Slips past until it, as can be seen in Fig. 16, sits under it to hold it Has. The rotating bolt has during its rotation by the pressure with its lever on the lever underneath of the second rotating bolt at the same time its closure causes. The opening of this lock takes place, as can be seen in Fig. 17, by opposite Rotation of the rotating part by means of its shorter beak. Through Figs. 19, 20 and 21 is the application of the direct closing round bolt lock that grips through the strike plate for desks, pianos, cases, cassettes, folders etc. locks in closed position and open state together with the cover plate.
In all the figures described above, as well as in FIGS. 22 and 23, which represent the average and perspective view of my already known circle key crew, it can be seen that my earlier guides of the rotating movement parts have been replaced by the ring Z. In the case of continuous locks, FIGS. 1 to 10, 22 and 23, the ring Z is attached to the lock base plate, and in the case of one-sided locks on the cover plate, FIGS. 1, 2, 18 and 21. It is cut wide and as deep as the key clusters are thick at the top, corresponding to the movement of the rotating parts.
The two cut-out ends of the ring Z give the rotating parts their position in the closed and open position, as soon as their key attachments have placed themselves against one or the other of these cut-out ends. Since the ring Z prevents the movement of the rotating parts guided above it by lockpicks or hooks inserted into the key set in its inner space, it completes this set.
The key set for one-sided locks, Fig. H to 21, where the key is guided over the pin fastened on the base plate, as can be seen in Figs. 14 and 15, consists of a ring fastened on the base plate, Fig. 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19 and 20, above which the key receives a second guide through its corresponding beard incision, Fig. 15. For larger locks, several of these rings and key bit incisions can be used. This ring is, in turn, higher than the thickness of the key that can be moved between the recess of the guide ring Z and the lock base plate, whereby a great degree of security against opening the lock by means of a lock pick or hook is established.
