Der den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildende Draht- bezw. Leiterverbinder besteht aus einer federnden Hülse von schraubenförmig gewundenem Draht, deren auf einander folgende Windungen im freien Zustande den Mantel eines schraubenförmig verlaufenden Kanals von länglichem Querschnitt bilden, so dafs bei zurückgedrehter Hülse die Enden der mit einander zu verbindenden Drähte bezw. Leiter neben einander in diesen alsdann annähernd geradlinig verlaufenden Kanal eingeführt werden können und bei Freigabe der Hülse infolge der Torsionskraft derselben darin festgeklemmt bleiben.The wire or wire forming the subject of the present invention. Infolge des Bestrebens der Hülse α, wieder die in Fig. ι und' 2 veranschaulichte Form anzunehmen, üben die einzelnen Drahtwindungen einen starken seitlichen Druck auf die Drahtenden b und c aus, so dafs sie durch Reibung in der Hülse α festgehalten werden.
