Gemäfs vorliegender Erfindung wird bei Metallfassungen für Korkdichtungsscheiben von
Flaschenverschlüssen die obere Anlegefläche für die Korkscheibe bezw. für die Korkscheibe
und eine besondere, zwischengelegte Blechscheibe durch Einpressen einer Falte hergestellt.According to the present invention, in the case of metal frames for cork sealing washers from

Die Erfindung ist auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung für die beiden genannten Gebrauchszwecke
durch je einen senkrechten Schnitt dargestellt. In beiden Figuren bezeichnet a
die Korkdichtungsscheibe, b die Metallfassung und c den in bekannter Weise gegen α wasserdicht
umgerollten Rand der Fassung. Das obere Widerlager für die Korkscheibe α besteht
aus einer in die Fassung b eingeprefsten und zusammengedrückten breiten Falte d,.
welche eine wagerechte, scharf abgegrenzte Ringfläche bildet, die beim Aufpressen der
Korkscheibe α auf die Flaschenmündung ein Durchdrücken derselben nach oben zuverlässig
verhindert. Gemäfs Fig. 1 ist die Korkscheibe a
nur zwischen dieser Falte d und dem unteren Rand c eingeschlossen, während gemäfs Fig. 2
zwischen α und d noch eine Metallscheibe g gelegt ist, welche sich beim Aufpressen auf die
Flaschenmündung mit der Korkscheibe α etwas nach oben auswölbt und beim Lösen des Verschlusses zurückfedert, wodurch die Korkscheibe
stets wieder in die ursprüngliche Lage gebracht wird. Der Fassungsrand c bewirkt
beim Umröllen eine Auswölbung des mittleren Theiles der Korkscheibe a, sowie eine Zusammenpressung
und Streckung des äufseren Scheibenrandes, wodurch derselbe dicht anschliefsend sowohl gegen die Falte d bezw.
die Zwischenscheibe g als auch gegen die Innenwandung der Fassung angeprefst wird.
Ueber der Falte d ist die. Metallfassung b mit einer kappenförmigen Fortsetzung und mit den
Durchgrifföffnungen e für den oder die Druckarme f eines beliebigen Drahthebelverschlusses
