The invention relates to a brushless motor, the rotor of which is a
Large number of equally spaced around the circumference, each with alternating
Polarity-aligned magnet carries and its drive element as in one
Mechanical vibration system with a permanent magnet oscillating in the axial plane of the rotor
is trained. Such a motor is used in particular to drive electrical clocks
and other consumers.
Bei einem bekannten Motor mit permanentmagnetischem Schwingungssystem
fifidet ein gezahnter. Rötor Verwendung. Da ein solcher gezahnter Rotor
je-
Rotoranordnung auftreten. In a known motor with a permanent magnetic oscillation system, there is a toothed one. Rötor usage. Since such a toothed rotor in each case rotated by only a half pole pitch, one must -in two rotors - arrange a mutual axial spacing such that their poles are offset from each other. In such a system, disruptive torsional vibrations can occur in the rotor arrangement.
Furthermore, a vibration exciter is known in which one with magnets
alternating polarity occupied rotor a permanent magnet of the oscillation system
facing. Such a device is independent of the direction of rotation of the rotor.
The use of a rotor fitted with permanent magnets is opposite to a
toothed rotor useful in some respects, especially since the efficiency
of the motor is larger and the permanent, magnet'des vibration system is less
Must have strength.
The object of the invention is such a design of a motor of the type mentioned at the beginning that it only rotates in a di-efiric-Etidiiä-.
' n Drehmoment gleicher Richtung einwirkt.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the permanent magnets of the rotor are arranged in a zigzag shape on the rotor circumference, the polarities of these permanent magnets alternate on the circumference of each of the opposite rotor sides and the oscillation of the permanent magnet, which is held to oscillate and magnetized in the radial direction with respect to the rotor, is symmetrical to the rotor center plane erfolgt.- By this inclined orientation of the Rotormagh-eten 'man brreicht that in each position of the permanent magnet of the vibrating system on the RQ.tor ei' n torque is applied the same direction. There is here no neutral - position of the permanent magnet more where that acting on the rotor torque disappears. Otherwise this occurs when the permanent magnet of the oscillation system is exactly opposite an -R:, otorpolstück. In the case of the motor according to the invention, a torque is exerted on the rotor in the intended direction of rotation even in this position.
an Hand bevorzugter Ausführungsformen erläutert.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing on the basis of preferred embodiments. It represents fig. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the invention, with rotor magnets each aligned in a tangential plane, FIG . 2 shows a diagram to explain the mode of operation of the motor according to FIG . 1.
Jeweils aufeinanderfolgende
Magneten sind in entgegengesetzten Richtungen zur Rotorachse geneigt.F i g. 1 shows a rotor 1, the circumference of which is opposed by an oscillation system 2 with a permanent magnet 3. The oscillation system 2 is designed as an electrical oscillator. The end of each oscillator 2 is firmly clamped so that the permanent magnet 3 can vibrate in an axial plane of the rotor. Several vibration systems 2 can be distributed over the circumference of the rotor 1. The rotor 1 carries a plurality of permanent magnets 4 distributed over the circumference, the moment of which is each aligned in a tangential plane. Successive magnets are inclined in opposite directions to the rotor axis.
F i g. 2 zeigt eine Abwicklung des Rotorumfangs. Man erkennt
Man erkennt aus F i g. 2, daß in allen Ph-4senlagen a, b, c,#
durch die Erfindung einen wesentlich gleichniäßigeren Lauf des Motors.F i g. 2 shows a development of the rotor circumference. The rotor magnets 4 can be seen. Different, successive oscillation positions of the permanent magnet 3 of the oscillation system 2 are shown in broken lines. The permanent magnet 3 is polarized in the radial direction of the rotor 1 , in the case of FIG. 2 so that a positive magnetic pole is opposite the rotor circumference. It can be seen from FIG. 2 that in all Ph-4senlagen a, b, c, # d, a 'of the permanent magnet 3 against the rotor a circumferential force in the same direction and thus a constant torque acts on the Rotgr 1. When the rotor magnet would be aligned in the axial direction, DAS would - brähinoment disappear into the phase angles a and c. Thus, in the motor according to the invention, the direction of rotation is determined by the alignment of the rotor magnets and the permanent magnets of the oscillation system. On the other hand, the drive torque is essentially uniform.
