Sammelanschlüsse, d. h. Einrichtungen, bei denen eine Anzahl von Anschlußleitungen durch ein und dieselbe Rufnummer gekennzeichnet sind, stören im allgemeinen den einheitlichen Aufbau einer Vermittlungsanlage, da sie in einem Stadium des Verbindungsaufbaus eine Freiwahlmöglichkeit erfordern, in der an sich die Wahlvorgänge abgeschlossen sind. Bei direkt gesteuerten, aus Wählern mit zwei Bewegungsrichtungen dekadisch aufgebauten Wählanlagen müssen die Wähler der Leitungswahlstufe konstruktiv abgeändert werden, um das sogenannte Mehrfachdrehen bei der Auswahl von Sammelanschlußleitungen zu ermöglichen. Dabei darf die Anzahl der Anschlußleitungen eines Sammelanschlusses nicht größer sein als die Zahl der Kontakte, die mit einer Bewegungsrichtung des Wählers überstrichen werden, wenn nicht für einen Sammelanschluß ein Ausgang der letzten Gruppenwahlstufe aufgewendet werden soll, was mit einem Verlust an Rufnummernkapazität verbunden ist. Ferner müssen natürlich die den Anschlußleitungen eines Sammelanschlusses zugeordneten Kontakte in der Kontaktbank des Wählers einander benachbart sein.Hunt groups, d. H. Dadurch ist jedoch das Zustandekommen eines Ansprechstromkreises für eines der die Freiwahleinrichtun- bildenden Schaltmittel erst dann verhindert, wenn die zuvor als belegbar ermittelte Teilnehmerschaltung bzw. Teilnehmeranschlußleitung auch tatsächlich belegt worden ist. Ferner sind die Kontakte r und t der Belegungs- und Trennrelais eini-er der zu den Sammelanschlußleitungen gehörenden Sammelanschlußleitungen TS dargestellt. Die ebenfalls zu einer Einer-, einer Zehner-, einer Hunderter- und einer Tausendergruppe zusammengefaßten Ausgabeklemmen der Umrechnungseinrichtung stehen über ein aus Dioden aufgebautes Entschlüsselungsnetzwerk mit Kontakten der Kettenrelais S 1 bis S n und ihrer Hilfsrelais X 1 bis X n in Verbindung. Im folgenden werde der Funktionsablauf an Hand eines Beispiels näher beschrieben: Hierzu sei angenommen, daß die vorgeordnete Einrichtung, z. Sobald der Verbindungsaufbau bis zu der Teilnehmerschaltung der ausgewählten Anschlußleitung fortgeschritten und diese Teilnehmerschaltung belegt ist, übernehmen ihre Kontakte r und t die Besetztkennzeichnung und unterbrechen den Haltestromkreis des Relais X2. Kommt dagegen der Verbindungsaufbau bis zur Teilnehmerschaltung nicht zustande, sei es, daß kein freier Verbindungsweg gefunden wird oder daß der rufende Teilnehmer seinen Handapparat auflegt, so bleibt diese Teilnehmerschaltung durch den Kontakt3x2 so lange als besetzt gekennzeichnet, bis die Kontakter und t beim Aufbau einer abgehenden Verbindung geöffnet werden, oder aber, bis alle übrigen Anschlußleitungen dieses Sammelanschlusses besetzt sind.
