Pole shoe arrangement for an asynchronously starting synchronous machine Die
The invention relates to a pole piece arrangement for an asynchronously starting
Synchronous machine with pronounced poles and massive ones directly on the pole cores
adjacent pole pieces fastened by bolts.
It is known to run such machines with a start winding,
which consists of conductors arranged axially in the pole pieces, with different
Conductor groups belonging to pole pieces by segments made of electrically conductive material
or connected to one another by short-circuit rings that connect all poles
are. It is also known to flow in the solid pole pieces
To utilize eddy currents for the momentum generation when starting. Even with the latter
Execution, the current must be able to flow from pole to pole, e.g. B. by coupling rails,
which connect the pole pieces to one another, or by short-circuit rings. Such electrical
However, connections between the end faces of the pole shoes have several disadvantages.
At high speed, they must be provided with radial struts to the
Counteract centrifugal forces; they further complicate the flow through the
Coolant through the machine, and ultimately it is difficult to find a reliable one
electrical contact between the contact surface on the pole shoe and the adjacent coupling rails
or to bring about short-circuit rings. One therefore has known several
Machines completely omitted the direct connection from pole piece to pole piece, so that
the current moves from pole to pole instead of through the aforementioned connections through the pole cores
and must close the rotor body. When the pole cores and the rotor yoke in one
Piece, the transition from the pole core to the rotor yoke presents no problem.
In such machines, however, it is common for the pole piece to be manufactured by itself
and attached to the pole core by bolts passing through the pole piece
and are screwed into the pole core. It is essential that the pole core and pole piece
make good electrical contact with each other. However, it has often been shown
that in spite of the large tensile forces between the pole core and the pole shoe, one does not have a sufficiently good one
Keeps contact between them. This has several shortcomings. It comes z.
B. before that the bolts with too large a part of the current between the pole piece
and pole core are loaded and thus get an unacceptably high temperature rise,
which in turn leads to a significant deterioration in the mechanical strength of the
Bolt leads. In the case of a pole shoe arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset, the required
good contact between pole shoe and pole core according to the invention achieved in that
each pole has at least one cavity between the pole piece and pole core, in which
a contact element under the pressure of a resilient element is arranged,
which creates an electrically conductive contact between the pole core and pole piece.
