Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Linienwähler, bei welchem die gebildeten Kontakte beim Anhängen des Fernhörers an den Schalthaken, also nach Beendigung des Gesprächs, selbstthätig ausgelöst werden. Der Linien wähler besitzt einen Elektromagneten a, der einen mit einer Nase c versehenen Anker b anziehen kann. Der Elektromagnet α kann beispielsweise durch einen beim Anhängen des Hörrohres an den Hörrohrhaken vorübergehend geschlossenen Strom erregt werden. Die einzelnen Federn g sind mit den verschiedenen Stationen in Verbindung gebracht, während die Platte e Jn leitender Verbindung mit der Klemme des eigenen Apparates steht.
