Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das obere freie Ende der Führung als ein Gabelstück zum teilweisen Umfassen des Zugorgans augebildet. Das Gegengewicht 11 braucht dadurch nur ein geringes Gewicht aufweisen, so daß auch in Zwischenstellungen des Tragarmes 4 ein ungewolltes Einschwenken nicht eintritt, was auch durch die Reibung des Gegengewichtes 11 gegenüber der Führung 10, die Lagerreibung und die Umlenkung des Zugorgans 12 um die Umlenkstücke 15 verhindert wird. Umlenkstücke 15 od. dgl. halten das Zugorgan 12 in der aus der Fig. 2 ersichtlichen Lage.
