Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Filterpresse derjenigen Art, bei welcher zwischen je zwei die Filtermasse enthaltenden Rahmen (s. Fig. 1 der beiliegenden Zeichnung) ein die Verbindungskanäle zwischen den Hauptzulauf- und Hauptablaufkanälen und den Filternkammern enthaltender Rost (Fig. 2) angeordnet ist. Im Gegensatze zu den bekannten Filterpressen dieser Art besitzt die neue Presse nur je einen Zu- und Ablaufkanal, so dafs jede die Filtration benachtheiligende Gegenströmung ausgeschlossen ist.
