B. 121/2 Hz) bemerkbar.Synchronization method in a color television system of the PAL type for
Suppression of image interference The invention relates to a synchronization method
in a color television system of the PAL type, the time being within the vertical sync signal
falling. color synchronous signals consisting of several color subcarrier-frequency oscillations
during the color blanking interval, d. H. blanked for the duration of the vertical sync signals
are. It has been proposed for the PAL color television system, synchronization
of the sequential switch to carry out with a color sync signal that of
Is changed line to line in its phase. This color sync signal can be in
a synchronous demodulator to be rectified with the from line to line
Rectification product consisting in the polarity of alternating color sync signals
to force the correct switching phase of the switch. It's with color television systems
known during the duration of the vertical sync signal, i.e. H. during the duration
the upstream, the vertical sync pulses and the downstream the color sync signals
so that they are not broadcast during this time and also the
Vertical synchronization of the receiver cannot influence (color blanking gap).
This means that the rectification of the color sync pulses during the color blanking interval
the DC voltage obtained for readjustment tends towards a limit value. At the discriminator
for example, it would strive for zero. At the beginning of the first bursts of color
after the color blanking interval, the same voltage is applied again in the opposite direction
approach the value corresponding to the operating state. This changes little
Voltage has a negligible effect on the frequency of the reference carrier oscillator
Influence. It does not interfere with the NTSC system, where it gives rise to hue changes
and even with the PAL method, where it only results in saturation changes, it would not be
disturbing, if not the situation at the beginning of the blanking interval and at the end of the blanking interval
successive rasters would be different. Namely, the same blanking pulse
used to produce the color blanking gap, as it is used for blanking the NTSC color sync signals
is used, two fields each end with a positive 1-phase and two more
Fields with negative 1-phase. Also start depending on the length of the blanking pulse
the two field pairs with positive 1-phase and negative 1-phase. That means,
that the switch-on process or switch-off process occurs in two out of four fields
behaves differently. This makes itself disturbing during the upper part of the picture
noticeable in the form of a flicker of low frequency (e.g. 121/2 Hz).
The invention is based on the object of avoiding this disadvantage.
The invention consists in that when using color sync signals,
which contain a component switched in phase by 180 ° in every second line
(PAL. "), To avoid reference carrier fluctuations and the resulting
Picture interference the color blanking interval is timed so that the last one before
Beginning of the vertical synchronizing signal transmitted one for successive
Fields have the same phase position and / or that the first after termination of the vertical sync signal
transmitted color sync signal has the same phase position for successive fields
Has.
davon verschoben. In a preferred embodiment, the color is blank
from field to field by half a line duration or a multiple
shifted from it.
Störung in allen vier Halbbildern gleich erscheinen.
The color sync signals always end before they are blanked,
with a very specific phase, and they start after the load in all fields
again with a very specific phase, either the same as the one at the beginning
the blanking or opposite to this. With such an impulse scheme
is like with NTSC or PAL with non-alternating color sync signals
Disturbance appear the same in all four fields. A disruptive effect occurs
not additionally. In another embodiment, it is about to
to the
At the beginning of the blanking interval for the color sync signals, the alternation is canceled,
so that there are still some color sync signals without phase switching, as in the NTSC system
appear. After blanking, some NTSC color sync signals begin again
with a constant phase and only then does the alternation start again. This has no
annoying side effect, because only part of the color sync signals is required,
to force the right phase.
To explain the invention in more detail, an exemplary embodiment is described below with reference to the drawing. This shows in FIG. 1 shows the pulse diagram of a television signal with image content B, line pulses Z, pre-electrons VT, vertical pulses V and post-electrons N. The color sync signals alternating from line to line are represented by arrows F, the direction of which indicates the phase position. In the area of the vertical sync signal (VT, V and N) , the signal does not contain any color sync signals. The blanking of the color sync signals F is carried out with a constant length, but with a different starting point, namely staggered so that the last color sync signal in all fields has the same phase.

The beginning of the fourth field is 3 / z lines compared to the first field
offset against the previous shift. The in the timing diagram according to
