The invention relates to a method for wet cleaning dust-laden, in particular heated Gases by spraying liquid in the form of fine droplets at two in the direction of flow Gases at a distance one behind the other, with the spraying at the second point of the Gas flow carried out in the narrowest area of a constriction of the flow with cold liquid will.
In order to achieve the best possible separation effect, it is important that gas cleaners not only be used for one intimate mixing of the scrubbing liquid with the gas is ensured, but that at the same time a the largest possible contact surface of the washing liquid is achieved. This means that the washing liquid supplied must be split into very fine particles, since it is known that the effectiveness decreases Particle size increases. Smallest water particles are best made by condensation of vapors generated in supersaturated gas mixtures. In a well-known process, cold water is supplied to four in a row Entry points supplied to a gas mixture flowing in a tube, this saturates itself with water vapor and at the same time cools down to such an extent that condensation occurs and the smallest as Water particles are created. The method has a venturi-shaped constriction at the third water entry point of the pipe in order to achieve a better flow rate due to an increased flow rate To achieve mixing of the injected water with the air. However, this method has the Disadvantage that at the first two injection points, i.e. precisely where there is very fine dusting immediate achievement of water vapor saturation in the pipe is necessary, the dusting is relative bad is. since no constriction of the pipe is provided at these points and the associated ones high flow velocities in the gas mixture do not occur. Furthermore, in the known A cleaning effect can only be achieved with relatively hot gases, as only with such a sufficient amount of water vapor can be condensed by flushing with cold water can. Since procedures of this type are specifically used to purify% of flue gases, then occurs Above all, the disadvantageous property that when heating stoves and the like, i.e. at the time of the greatest smoke development, insufficient dedusting or cleaning of the gases occurs because of the Time the flue gases are still cold and the temperature difference necessary for the process for the Condensation process has not yet been reached.

It is the aim of the invention to overcome the difficulties described.
Zusätzlich übt das an der ersten Einsprühstelle zugeführte warme Wasser eine temperaturausgleichende Wirkung aus: Selbst bei starken Temperaturschwankungen des zu reinigenden Gases erreicht dieses deshalb die zweite Einsprühstelle mit einer höheren und annähernd konstanten Temperatur, wodurch auf Grund eines konstanten Temperaturgefälles ein gleichmäßiger Kondensationsprozeß und damit eine gleichbleibend gute Reinigung des Gases erreichtAccording to the invention, this is achieved in that the gas flow is also in the area of the first injection point constricted and fed him warm liquid at the narrowest cross-section of this constriction becomes, whereupon it is expanded in its cross-section up to its second constriction. This procedure brings a number of advantages. By constricting the flow in the area of the first The injection point and the negative pressure prevailing therein for fluidic reasons becomes a fine spraying of the water and a uniform water vapor saturation of the gas mixture is achieved. Due to the use of warm water, this process is still supported, as warm water has a much lower viscosity and therefore results in smaller water particles when atomized. In addition, the warm water supplied to the first injection point has a temperature-equalizing effect Effect from: Achieved even with strong temperature fluctuations in the gas to be cleaned this is why the second injection point with a higher and approximately constant temperature, whereby Due to a constant temperature gradient, a uniform condensation process and thus consistently good cleaning of the gas is achieved

This also applies to cold dirty gases, such as B. arising during the heating process Flue gases, since in this case the warm water injected at the first injection point is used to heat it cares.
Further details of the invention emerge from the following description of the in the drawing illustrated embodiment.
The drawing shows a schematic cross section through a device for wet cleaning of gases shown with a two-stage liquid supply according to the invention.
In the drawing, the upper part 1 of a dust and liquid collecting container is from a wet cleaner from the Venturityp and a gas inlet and the liquid mixing section of the cleaner 2 is shown. The gas to be cleaned flows through the inlet pipe 3, which in the first chamber 4 with liquid supply leads. From this chamber the gas flows through the pipe 5 into the second chamber 6 with a liquid supply, which is also from the venturityp to finally through the distributor 7 in the above Collection container 1 to flow.
According to the invention, the liquid is fed in in two separate stages, with as Stage heated liquid is introduced through the supply line 8, while cold in the next stage Liquid is introduced through the supply line 9. In both stages, the liquid is along the perimeter the corresponding chamber by means of the circulation tank 10 and 11 distributed. A special trained sharply toothed edge 12 or 13 is provided on the chamber outlets through which the liquid must flow. When the washing liquid flows over these edges 12 and 13, it becomes of the with high speed of about 30 to 125 m / s flowing gas accelerated and in very fine Split droplets.
