Im Bereich zwischen den Enden 4 des Abstandhalters 3 und der der jeweils anderen Platte 2 bzw. 1 zugekehrten Seite jeder Platte 1 bzw. 2 soll ihr Baustoff verfestigt werden, da die zementgebundenen Holzfasern an sich nicht besonders geeignet sind, die Abstandhalter 3 darin fest zu verankern. Um dies zu erreichen, sind in den Bereichen 5 die Platten 1 und 2 durch Einpressen von pulverförmigem Zement verdichtet und verfestigt. Der pulverförmige Zement wird zweckmäßig durch aufzusetzende Glocken 6 mit Hilfe von Druckluft in den Baustoff der Platten 1, 2 eingepreßt. Die Glocken 6 sind über Leitungen 7 an einem Zementdruckluftbehälter angeschlossen.
