Description
Method for finding and playing at least one specific one Sound section of magnetic sound tape Dde invention relates to a method and finding and playing at least one specific sound segment of a. Magnetic tape using a photoelectrically located at the beginning of a 7 sound segment scanned marker to trigger the deceleration of the high speed running belt.
Such methods and the associated devices serve to make it possible to find sound sections of the magnetic sound tape that are being searched for at any time. It is known that in pairs on the tape markings articles having from pair to pair different waste are mounted on a tape track which affect also paired electrical devices whose spacing is variable to each other, and with a drive of the device controlling circuitry being connected ( German utility model 1 842 096). In this way it is possible, by appropriate presetting of the scanning device of the tape recorder *, to let the tape run at high speed just up to that point at which the desired piece of audio or the desired audio segment begins. It is also known to attach transparent marking points to the ends of the tape, which are scanned photoelectrically (US Pat. No. 2971716).
In contrast, the invention is based on the object of having a magnetic tape with photoelectrically scanned markings located at the beginning of a sound half-cut automatically follow one another with only short interruptions . H. The unrecorded spaces between successive sound sections of the tape should be passed through quickly and thus at the end of a sound section a switch from slow running of the device to high speed and a renewed switch from fast running to low speed at the beginning of the new sound section is necessary.
I This object is inventively achieved in that the braking of the running at high speed band # connects triggering marking tape in the braking time distance corresponding to the played back at a low speed Tonabschn itt, a well-known to the domestic smaller distance per se, Ultrasonic marking to be scanned by the tape head of the tape recorder follows, which causes the device to switch to high speed for the purpose of rapid running of the tape to the next tape marking that triggers renewed braking, whereby these tape markings for all tracks of the tape in the longest duration of one Sound section are located correspondingly evenly spaced from one another.
Appropriately, they will cause the braking to be triggered Markings from a tape location with greater light transmission or greater Reflectivity formed.
The method according to the invention allows the different control of an automatic tone generator with an automatic device, such as are present, for example, in an automatic record player, in which the finding of the beginning of the sound section and the indication of the end of the sound section is guaranteed. It also leads to the greatest possible protection of the tape and scanning elements, since mechanical scanning elements are not required. A further advantage is provided in that in particular the production and sale of portions of the belt are accommodated on the one or more songs, or texts, it is possible - is.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, which is shown in FIG. 1 schematically shows an embodiment of a device for locating the marked locations on the tape with an enlarged excerpt of the marking locations of the inserted tape, FIG. 2 schematically shows the essential parts of this locating device and FIG . 3 shows a section of an audio tape with four tape tracks used for carrying out the method according to the invention.
The in Fig. Band 1 shown 1 is provided with locations 2 having on each track respectively different Durchlässsigkeit. These different light transmission points can be z. B. can be achieved by removing the magnetic coating on one or all of the tape tracks or by attaching elements with different light transmittance on the back of the tape.
The device for finding the light-permeable points 2 essentially consists of a part 3 which has a light source and a part 4 which contains a photocell. To guide the tape, 3 projections 5 are provided on part. Corresponding to the intended tape tracks, there are slots 6 in part 3, through which a light beam that scans the associated tape track passes. If the latter beam of light - on a transparent area 2 of the strip 1, so it passes through a window 7 of the part 4 and is incident on the photocell which controls by means of the obtained -Energy the tape recorder directly or through an auxiliary apparatus.
The same will happen if in place of the tape 1 disposed translucent markings points with different - are mounted reflective properties. The light source and the photocell are then arranged - also as mentioned above. - The markings can, as mentioned, be on the same track on which the sound is recorded. However, it is also possible, for example, to use two tracks for magnetic recording and two tracks for optical markings on a four-track tape.
The method according to the invention is based on the translucent Places to stop the tape running at high speed and as a starter To use playback. After a piece of music has been played back, a known ultrasonic signal the belt again at increased speed up to Let the beginning of the next tone segment play.
In order to eliminate the disadvantage that the attached to the individual tracks Marks affecting the tone of the adjacent track, which extend photoelectrically scanned tape markings over all tape tracks. This is above all A perfect operation ensured, with the slight disadvantage in purchase it is assumed that if the length is slightly different, the ones next to each other Sound sections at the end of a section a certain gap can occur.
As a result, according to the invention, the tape is provided with sections, their length, for example, the longest playing time of a fully recorded one Record corresponds to. It can be similar to the one with the record, where the The recorded passages run off very quickly (spiral at the end of the screen), even with the tape the unrecorded parts run quickly and automatically.
Die Pfeile geben die Vorschubrichtung jeder Spur an.In the case of the in FIG. 3 shown embodiment of a tape used according to the invention, the tape length is divided into 5 parts, namely in part 10 with the optical marking (stop and counting pulses), in the empty part 11 for the braking delay, in part 12 with the recorded piece of audio of different Length, in part 13 for the ultrasonic signal and in the empty part 14 with different lengths up to the next following optical marking. In the case of a four-track tape, it is advantageous to choose two tracks for one direction and the other for the opposite direction. The arrows indicate the direction of advance for each track.
A counter that responds to the optical markings can do the Display the serial number of the piece of audio to be listened to while a counter with preselection device can be set to a certain number, which makes it possible to disable all of them to run the desired pieces up to the pre-selected, 'as quickly as possible. In in the same way, a push button at any moment can shut down the mechanism set in motion, e.g. B. already at the beginning of the performance of an undesired one Pieces by skipping it by running quickly.
