N-(4-Amino-2-brom-benzyl)-camphidinExample 24
N- (4-Amino-2-bromo-benzyl) -camphidine
Die Verbindung wird aus schwach perchlorsaurem Äthanol umkristallisiert; F. 250 bis 260°C (Zersetzung).Become a solution of 47 g of 2-bromo-4-diacetylaminobenzyl bromide in 800 ecm of carbon tetrachloride 99 g of 46.7% strength camphidine solution in tetralin were added in several portions with stirring. After the exothermic reaction has ended, the solution is refluxed for a further hour and then concentrated in a water jet vacuum. For the separation of camphidinium bromide the residue is extracted three times with 250 ecm hot water each time. The remaining residue is dissolved in 200 ecm of ethanol and after adding 110 ecm of concentrated hydrochloric acid for 20 hours refluxed. After saponification, the solution is concentrated to half its volume, the base is precipitated with concentrated ammonia and the reaction mixture three times with 200 ecm each time Petroleum ether extracted. The organic phases are combined and dried with sodium sulfate and narrowed. The oily residue is dissolved in 60 ecm ethanol with 40 ecm 70% perchloric acid added and by adding 100 ecm of ether the N- (4-amino-2-bromobenzyl) -camphidine as diperchlorate brought to crystallization. The compound is recrystallized from weakly perchloric acid ethanol; F. 250 to 260 ° C (decomposition).

* Cyclohexyl-methyl- (4-amino-2-chlorobenzyl) -amine
Die organische Phase des Filtrats wird abgetrennt und die wäßrige Phase nochmals mit30 g of 4-amino-2-chloro- (N-cyclohexyl-N-methylbenzamide), dissolved in 400 ecm of absolute tetrahydrofuran, are stirred within an hour to a boiling mixture of 11.4g Lithium aluminum hydride in 300 ecm of absolute tetrahydrofuran was added dropwise. Then the The mixture was refluxed for a few more hours, then the excess lithium aluminum hydride decomposed with ethyl acetate, water and 10% sodium hydroxide solution and sucked off the inorganic precipitate. The organic phase of the filtrate is separated off and the aqueous phase again with

Shaken out chloroform. The organic phases are now combined, dried with sodium sulfate and concentrated. The oily residue is dissolved in 100 ecm of ethanol and the solution is saturated with hydrogen chloride. After adding 80 ecm of ether and 120 ecm of ethyl acetate, the cyclohexylmethyl (4-amino-2-chlorobenzyl) amine crystallizes as the dihydrochloride. Recrystallization from ethanol-ethyl acetate. F. 188 to 194 0 C (decomposition).
