Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auswechseln des Schützens nach Erschöpfung des Schufsfadens an solchen Webstühlen, bei welchen der frische Schützen aus einem passend angeordneten Magazin durch einen doppelzelligen sogen. Wechselschützenkasten entnommen wird. Dieser Wechsel-. schützenkasten hat bekanntlich (s. D. R. P. 95251) eine Arbeitszelle, welche den frischen Schützen aufnimmt und für gewöhnlich, d. h. bei regelmäfsig arbeitendem Webstuhl, einen Theil der Schützenbahn bildet; die andere Zelle dagegen dient als Hülfszelle zur Aufnahme des leeren Schützen während der Zeit, in welcher die Arbeitszelle sich aufserhalb der Schützenbahn in der Höhe des Magazins befindet, um den frischen Schützen entgegenzunehmen. Es sei hervorgehoben, dafs diese Vorrichtung gegenüber den früheren bekannten, bei welchen die Bewegung des Doppelkastens mit Hülfe mehr oder minder umständlicher, mechanisch wirkender Schufswächtereinrichtungen stattfindet, den Vorzug grofser Einfachheit und sicherer Wirkung besitzt.
