Means for Längsbelüftüng of tunneling The invention relates to a Einrie 'Pla to the longitudinal ventilation of tunnels by means of at least one tunnel arranged fan For example eine§ axial or cross flow fan, with substantially -parallel zur.Tunnellän-lcsachse verlaufendem fan air jet utilizing # det-, inj. Primary air) with which air (secondary air) also located in the tunnel can take place. Such a device has already become known in which the fans are freely suspended in the tunnel clearance outside the clearance profile to be kept free for the vehicles. Although this fan arrangement is simple and cost-saving, because it does not require any special structural measures, it cannot be implemented with a tight tunnel clearance.
The invention is intended to provide a remedy here. It is proposed to provide one or more niches on the side and / or upper tunnel wall and to hang the ventilator or ventilators freely in this niche or niche in such a way that the ventilator or ventilators are at most partially in the outside of the vehicle To be kept free clearance section of the tunnel light space protrude, and also to provide the niche walls at least on the outflow side of the fan (s) with a smooth transition to the tunnel light space. Due to the proposal according to the invention, the tunnel light space can be selected correspondingly smaller, which has a favorable effect on the construction costs of the tunnel. The measure of providing niches for the fans is negligible tunnel with tightly dimensioned clearance later without extensive modification with an effective Längsbelüftun - g equip in particular the latter for tunnels with a rectangular limited clearance in which the to be kept free for the vehicles clearance profile fills the clearance of the tunnel for the most part and the lateral walkways so narrow. are that the space above the sidewalks is insufficient for the installation of fans 0 freely suspended in front of the tunnel wall.

It is advantageous if each of the niches is behind in the direction of flow
the fan is given such a length that over this length a partial

with the use of reversible fans, depending on the conveying device, these
be arranged in the longitudinal center of the niche.

und ist der gesamte Ventilator
symme-
normalen Tunnellichtraum 1 a vorgesehen, und zwar in beiden Förderrichtungen,
In the tunnel 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2, an axial fan 3 is freely suspended in a niche 2 in the ceiling of the tunnel by means of bars 4, in such a way that part of the axial fan protrudes into the normal tunnel space (boundary line la), but the vetkelir #rauzin des T ls', namely that for the vehicles. freizuhaltehde Lichtrauinprofil 5, not touched. The fan 3 has two electric motors. 6 aiigäriebene fan blades 7 and guide devices 8 and 9 . With a view to the use of d'-er: V-en-tila'tor-en- "in both conveying directions 10 and 11, the motors 6 can be reversed and the entire fan is designed symmetrically to a plane perpendicular to the axis The air jet exiting the fan (primary air) uses the injector effect to entrain the tunnel air (secondary air) adjacent to the fan air jet and in this way causes the tunnel ventilation. To ensure that the wall friction losses are not too great at the high exit speeds of the air jet from the fan, a corresponding distance 12 is required For this reason, there is also a gradual transition 2 b from the deepest point 2 a of the niche to the normal tunnel light space 1 a, in both conveying directions, with the fan in the middle of the niche when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel The distance 13 or 14 (depending on the conveying direction) from the tunnel portal through which the tunnel air is blown out is selected so large that sufficient mixing of the primary air with the secondary air can take place in both conveying directions.
The arrangement of the fan in the niche 2 according to FIG. 1 and 2 it is made possible that the normal tunnel cross-section can be kept smaller than if the entire fan were arranged in the normal tunnel cross-section.
B. nach F i
In a tunnel with a semi-oval cross-section, such as. B. according to FIG. 1 and 2, it is possible that the fan is partly in the niche and partly in the tunnel outside the clearance profile to be kept free for vehicles, since the highest point of the semi-oval tunnel cross-section cannot be used for traffic anyway. The situation is different, however, for tunnels with a rectangular cross-section. In this case it is expedient that the fan is arranged entirely in a niche and thus does not protrude into the normal tunnel light space at all.
dort abgebildete Tunnel 20 hat gerade Begrenzun 'gswände 20 a. In Nischen
bzw. 27, 30) in jeder Deckennische und je einer (25, 26 bzw.
28, 29)
in jeder Seitennische mittels Streben 31 befestigt.
geneigt. Dementsprechend sind die Neigungen der Übergänge 21 b, 22
b bzw. 21 c, 22 c von der äußersten Nischenwand 21 a bzw. 22 a zu den normalen
Tunnelwänden 20 a vorgesehen.Such an arrangement is shown in FIGS. 3 to 5. The tunnel 20 shown there has straight boundary walls 20 a. In recesses 21 and 22 which extend across the tunnel ceiling, and the two side walls driven cross-flow fans are in each case by an electric motor mounted 23 to 30, and that are in each case two (23, 24 or 27, 30) in each ceiling niche and one each (25, 26 or 28, 29) fixed in each side niche by means of struts 31. Since the cross-flow fan, as explained below in FIG . 6 it can be seen that the entering and exiting air streams are not aligned, but rather form an angle of less than 180 ' , the entering air stream is always inclined to the longitudinal axis of the tunnel. Accordingly, the inclinations of the transitions 21 b, 22 b and 21 c, 22 c from the outermost niche wall 21 a and 22 a to the normal tunnel walls 20 a are provided.
F i g. 1 und 2 erläuterten Wirkungsweise.
The mode of operation of the tunnel ventilation corresponds in principle to that shown in FIG. 1 and 2 explained mode of operation. Since according to the F i g. 3 to 5, the fans only have a single conveying direction, the niche 21 with the fans 23 to 26 is at a short distance 32 from the tunnel portal through which the air is sucked in, and the niche 22 with the fans 27 to 30 and the tunnel portal , through which the tunnel air is blown out, arranged at such intervals 33 and 34 that a sufficient mixing of the primary air with the secondary air can take place. Such an arrangement of the fans in a tunnel with a rectangular cross-section makes it possible that the normal tunnel cross-section does not need to be essentially larger than the clearance profile 35, which is indicated by dash-dotted lines and which is to be kept clear for the vehicles. A narrow pavement 36 intended for the tunnel attendant and the road delimitation 37 widen the tunnel cross-section only insignificantly, so that there is a noticeable reduction in construction costs.
vorteilhaft anzuwenden. In Fig. Finally, FIG. 6 shows the structure of an associated cross-flow fan in a cross section. A shaft 40 driven by a motor drives a drum rotor 42 provided with blades 41. The air is sucked into the interior 44 of the drum rotor through an opening 43 due to the rotating drum rotor, then again caught by the blades and pressed into an outflow channel 45. The suction opening 43 and the outflow channel here form an angle of less than 180 '. An expedient air flow is also effected by a diffuser 46. Since cross-flow fans have a compact design, despite the relatively low speed, a relatively high outflow speed - without swirl - and ultimately only low noise, they can be used advantageously for tunnel ventilation.
