Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines faserverstärkten Baumaterials aus Zement, Wasser, Sand und schaumerzeugenden und schaumstabilisierenden Stoffen Im Patent 1124 415 wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines faserverstärkten, zementhaltigen Baumaterials beschrieben, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß wäßrige, schaumerzeugende und schaumstabilisierende Stoffe und vorzugsweise außerdem eine Alginate enthaltende Harzlösung oder -emulsion, vorzugsweise auf Basis von klebenden Harzen, wie z. B. Kolophonium, mit Zement, Sand und Wasser unter Zusatz von Mineralfasern, vorzugsweise Basaltfasern, für wenige Minuten kräftig durchmischt wird. Hierbei wird so vorgegangen, daß in einen schnellaufenden Mischer die Harzlösung oder -emulsion eingebracht und bis zur Bildung eines Schaumes kräftig gerührt wird. Viehmehr wurde gefunden, daß man in technisch einfacher Weise und mit einfachen Mitteln zu sehr guten Ergebnissen kommt, wenn man die wäßrige, schaumerzeugende und schaumstabilisierende Stoffe und außerdem Alginate enthaltende Harzlösung und -emulsion in einem schnellaufenden Mischer, in welchem am Boden des Mischbehälters lediglich eine Rührwerkscheibe angebracht ist, und der infolge des relativ geringen Volumens der Harzlösung bzw. -emulsion verhältnismäßig klein sein kann, getrennt zu einem Schaum verrührt, den so erhaltenen Schaum mit dem zuzusetzenden Fasermaterial innig vermischt, anschließend das so erhaltene Gemisch in der notwendigen Menge einer üblichen fertigen Betonmischung in einem üblichen Betonmischer (Freifall- oder Zwangsmischer) beigibt und das Gemisch bei den üblichen Geschwindigkeiten dieser Betonmischer vermischt.
