Die Erfindung betrifft in erster Linie ein Verfahren zum Stapeln und Zuführen von auf Länge geschnittenen, unvulkanisierten Laufstreifen zur Aufbautrommel einer Reifenaufbaumaschine, bei dem die Laufstreifen unter Zwischenlegen einer Folie gestapelt und mit der Folie der Aufbautrommel zugeführt werden und die Folie kurz vor der Aufbautrommel von den Laufstreifen abgezogen wird. Bei der Herstellung von Fahrzeugluftreifen sind Maschinen bekannt, denen beiderseits in Kautschuk gebettete Gewebestreifen zugeführt werden, die von Haspeln abgezogen werden. Für das obengenannte Verfahren wird nach der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß die Laufstreifen senkrecht aufeinandergestapelt werden, wobei zwischen je zwei Laufstreifen zwei feste glatte Folien gelegt werden, und daß von oben beginnend nacheinander die jeweils obere Folie, unter Gleiten auf der unteren Folie, mit dem daraufliegenden Laufstreifen abgezogen wird. Die Folien zur Durchführung des Verfahrens sind erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei aufeinanderliegende Folien an der der Abzugseite entgegengesetzt liegenden Seite in einer Schlaufe ineinander übergehen und aus einem Stück bestehen. Es ist von Vorteil, daß die unteren Folien mit den oberen Folien der darunterliegenden Doppellage durch Schlaufen unter Einbettung aller Laufstreifen zwischen einer durchgehenden Folie verbunden sind.The invention solves the problem, the advantages of the continuous manufacture of tires with the advantages of stacking and storing cut tire parts on pallets or in to unite similar containers.
