Verwendung einer bleihaltigen Kupfer-Zink-Legierung für seewasserbeständige
Konstruktionselemente Zur Herstellung von Kondensatorrohren werden in der Hauptsache
Kupfer-Zinl-Legierungen verwendet. Eine der bekanntesten ist die Legierung nach
DIN 17 661, bestehend aus 76 bis 79 °/o Kupfer, 1,8 bis 2,3 °/o Aluminium, etwa
0,04 °/o Arsen, gegebenenfalls höchstens bis 0,07 °/o Blei, Rest Zink.Use of a leaded copper-zinc alloy for seawater-resistant
Construction elements For the production of condenser tubes are mainly
Copper-tin alloys are used. One of the most famous is the alloy after
DIN 17 661, consisting of 76 to 79% copper, 1.8 to 2.3% aluminum, approx
0.04 ° / o arsenic, possibly not more than 0.07 ° / o lead, the remainder zinc.
in jedem Fall über 5 °/o.The object of the invention is to improve the corrosion resistance of these alloys by adding lead. The composition of the alloy to be used according to the invention, which is used in particular for the production of condenser tubes, is accordingly: 63 to 80% copper, 0.5 to 60 %, aluminum, 0.3 to 501, lead, the remainder zinc. Additions of 0.1 to 20 % nickel, 0.1 to 15% manganese, 0.05 to 5% iron, 0.1 to 5% tin, each 0.01 to 10 /, arsenic and phosphorus as well as 0.01 to 10 /, magnesium or 0.1 to 2% chromium are added individually or in groups. The zinc content is in any case more than 5%.

lassen.Preferred alloy compositions emerge from the
achievable corrosion resistance, but then mainly from the processability.
The alloys to be used according to the invention must therefore not be too hard or too little
be stretchable, but on the other hand they have to compress well into tubes when they are warm
permit.
