Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Behälter zur Herstellung von Kaffeeauszug, bei welchem während des Ausziehens des Kaffees die Verflüchtigung des Wohlgeruchs durch Zutritt der Luft möglichst verhindert wird, indem bei vorliegender Erfindung das heifse Wasser eine beliebig lange Zeit mit dem gemahlenen Kaffee in Berührung bleibt, bevor dasselbe hindurchsickert.
