The invention relates to a device for optical Surface testing of bodies with reflective surfaces and straight surfaces.
The examination of optically reflective bodies for surface defects can be carried out in such a way that that the surface is scanned point by point with the help of a reflected light microscope. It is already one Apparatus for observing running paths is known, in which there is an opposite behind the light source the optical axis inclined, partially transparent mirror and a movable mirror lies, by means of which it is possible to observe a certain area perpendicular to the feed movement of the running path. However, this device can only be used for surface observation of moving bodies. In addition, it has the disadvantage that the path that the light rays travel between the test object surface and the objective of the microscope is changed. This changes the overall intensity of the light reflected into the lens, which has the consequence that the observation changes the reflection Error is made more difficult.
These disadvantages are according to the invention in an optical device for testing reflecting a 5 surfaces with straight generatrices with a periodically moving mirror system that performs the scanning beam along a generatrix of the specimen eliminated in that the mirror system from a rectangular angle mirror consists whose 3 ο opening The surface of the test body is facing and whose bisector is perpendicular to a generating line and which executes an oscillating movement parallel to a generating line and on which the scanning beam is incident parallel to the bisector.
In a further embodiment of the invention, means can be provided which have a perpendicular to Oscillation movement of the corner mirror running relative movement between the test body and the Create corner mirrors while maintaining the distance between the test specimen and the corner mirror. Finally, the reflected bundle can be sent to a photocell for evaluation in a known manner meet.
Zur Abtastung des ganzen Prüflings ist nur eine verhältnismäßig Optische Vorrichtung zur .Prüfung reflektierender Oberflächen mit gerader ErzeugenderWhen using the device according to the invention, only that which has a low mass has to be The mirror system, which is arranged between the microscope eyepiece and the test object, is a relatively fast one Carry out movement in order to scan the test object along a certain generatrix. For scanning of the whole specimen is only a relatively optical device for .Test reflective Surfaces with a straight generator

A particular advantage of the double mirror used according to the invention it is that its oscillating movements need only be about half as long as the test pieces, whereby the inertial forces compared to the movement around the entire test section by half be reduced.
In the following description, the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, in which an embodiment is shown schematically.
Um die ganze Oberfläche des Prüflings prüfenThe light beam 2 emanating from a light source 1 hits through a semitransparent mirror 3 and a lens 4 on a double mirror 5, the mirror surfaces of which are arranged at right angles to one another are. The light beam refracted twice on this double mirror 5 strikes the test object surface 6 and reaches from here again via the corner mirror S through the lens 4 to the reflective Side of the semi-transparent mirror 3, from where it is deflected onto a photocell 8 in the the result of the test is evaluated in a manner known per se. During the exam, the Double mirror 5 in the direction of the double arrow 7 reciprocating movements parallel to one Generating the surface 6 of the test body. In any position of the double mirror 5 during this oscillating movement the total amount of light ray path remains between the Lens 4 and the test body surface 6 are always the same. Because of the right-angled arrangement of the mirror surfaces of the mirror 5 to one another, however, a movement of the mirror by half the length of the length to be scanned is sufficient Generating the test body surface 6 in order to scan this generating line over its entire length. To inspect the whole surface of the specimen
