Description
Tube drawing machine for the production of workpieces for bags with staggered floors made of several sheets of material made of paper, plastic films or. Like. Tube drawing machines are known in which several material webs made of paper, Plastic films or the like with lines of weakness lying transversely to the direction of travel of the web and next to these with adhesive strips also attached transversely to the direction of travel of the web be provided. The lines of weakness and the adhesive strips are in each one Lanes are slightly offset from one another, so that the lines of weakness in the merged Tracks are staggered against each other and by the ones lying next to the weakening lines Adhesive strips are connected to each other. After that there are longitudinal adhesive strips applied to the webs, which are then folded into a tube and glued. The tube folded and glued in this way is fed to a suitable separating device and separated into individual tube sections with staggered ends, which are in their Out of the machine lengthways. The one in the hose machine The tube sections produced are turned into bags in a bag-making machine folded with supple bottoms.
The invention relates to and relates to such hose drawing machines the design of the devices for producing the weakening lines and the Adhesive applicators.
With machines of this type, which are usually used for a larger number of lanes, z. B. six tracks are built, it is known to the attenuation devices and to arrange the adhesive applicators vertically one above the other. Included are the individual tracks between the weakening device, the adhesive application device and the collecting roller of the same length, so that different elongations of the individual Orbits can not have such an effect that the staggering jumps on the collecting roller collapsed web change. The arrangement of the glue applicators perpendicular to each other but led to the fact that the webs in the adhesive applicators were hit by spraying adhesive and then with each other in undesirable places stuck together, which interfered with the further processing of the workpieces.
The invention addresses the problem of the adhesive applicators designed in such a way that the adhesive cannot get onto the web, without the known equality of the path lengths between the attenuation device, the adhesive applicator and the collecting roller is affected.
It is known per se to arrange parts of a machine obliquely one above the other. One already has the adhesive application devices in a bag-making machine for the longitudinal adhesive strips staggered one on top of the other against the running direction of the web arranged. But the thought of the invention made this graduation an essential one Utilizing improvement in adhesive application has not yet been recognized.
To solve this problem, it is proposed that the adhesive application devices to be staggered against the running direction of the web and thereby free space above each adhesive application roller, one following this additional Provide guide roller, the side of the web facing the application roller for a Section of the railway path continues as the underside of the railway.
The further details of the invention are intended to be based on an exemplary embodiment will be explained in detail, which is shown in the drawing. In this shows F i g. 1 the part of a tube drawing machine designed according to the invention for multilayered tubing Tubular webs made of paper, plastics or dg1., F i g. 2 according to the invention trained adhesive application device on an enlarged scale, F i g. 3 the known arrangement of the adhesive application devices vertically one above the other, F i g. 4 shows a known adhesive applicator on an enlarged scale.
Like F i g. 3 shows, the known vertical arrangement of the transverse adhesive applicators 1, 2, 3 forces that the webs 4, 5 and 6, partially wrapping around the associated application counter-rolls 7, 8 and 9 , must be diverted out of the device. As a result of the vertical arrangement of the individual adhesive applicators one above the other, the order counter rollers 7 to 9 must be arranged essentially laterally to the applicator rollers 10 to 12. With this arrangement, as shown in FIG. 4 shows the adhesive 13, which is sprayed tangentially after the application of the adhesive or is released by threading, when it falls onto the web, which leads to annoying adhesions inside the sack and to disturbances during further processing.
In order to remedy this inconvenience, the adhesive application devices are now according to the invention 14 to 18 (FIG. 1) staggered one above the other against the running direction of the webs 19 to 24 arranged. This staggering creates a free space above the adhesive application roller 31 (FIG. 2), which is used according to the invention for the arrangement of a further guide roller 32 is, which continues the web 19 in question in approximately the same direction, so that the side of the web facing the applicator roll 31 on a section of the web path is a bottom side and not a top side as in the known devices. Furthermore, the application counter roll 30 (FIG. 2) can be significantly higher than the application roll 31 can be arranged than is the case with the application counter rollers (FIG. 4) of the known Arrangement is possible. Tangentially thrown off and tearing adhesive threads Any adhesive particles that are released therefore all fall back onto the applicator rollers and do not get onto the paper webs, as shown in FIG. 2 is shown.
As shown in Fig. 1 can be seen are also within the meaning of the invention the attenuation devices 33 to 38 staggered against the direction of travel of the web arranged one above the other so that the web lengths between the weakening devices are equal and the adhesive applicators are retained. So you can as before the weakening and adhesive application devices when the bag length is changed adjust together.
The inclination of the weakening and glue applicators would with the usual arrangement of the guide rollers 45 to 50, which are located in front of the collecting roller 25 are arranged, lead to the fact that the path of the individual tracks 19 to 24, beginning from the bottom track 19 to the top track 24 becomes increasingly longer. One would have to so give the collecting roller a different position, but what with consideration of the following Hose folding device is undesirable. According to the invention it is therefore proposed the guide rollers 26 to 29 on the web path between the adhesive applicators 14 to 17 and the collecting roller 25 in height decreasing from bottom to top to arrange the adhesive applicators, in such a way that they follow the path of the individual tracks 19 to 22 despite the staggering of the weakening and adhesive application devices equalize. This creates a free space under the lowest one at the same time Path where the machine operator steps and the glue applicators work, in particular also the devices following the collecting roller for the longitudinal seams, can watch.
The invention thus brings a considerable improvement in the hose drawing machines, in which annoying adhesions between the webs are avoided and monitoring is facilitated without giving up the advantage of equal web lengths.
