Device for laying as a grounding tape for electrical systems
serving band iron in the ground The invention relates to a device for laying
of a band iron serving as a grounding strap in the ground, consisting of a commercially available one
Cutting or drainage plow with attached to the front end of its cutting knife
Pulling chisel and a fastening slot provided at the rear end of the cutting knife
for the ground strap.
It is the object of the invention, the grounding strap not in any
and to lay them in the ground depending on random conditions, but
to bring it into contact with the ground that is as constant and intensive as possible.
Apparatus and devices are already known with which tape earthers
for electrical systems are laid in the ground. This is done on a cutting plow
for example, grounding strap fastened by means of a pressure screw either upright
or drawn shallowly into the ground at a certain depth. With these well-known
Devices, however, has the disadvantage that the dragged behind the cutting plow
Earthing strap is freely movable in the plowed-out crevice and therefore with one
wavy course of the grounding strap after filling the trench not always in
constant depth. In addition, these are known types of laying
no constant and intensive connection between the grounding strap and the
surrounding soil guaranteed. Rather, the intimate connection of the earth must
with the soil only afterwards by sludging and ramming or the like. Produced
will. It is therefore not possible with the known laying methods through direct
Measurement of the earth resistance during the laying process a reliable and
to obtain the measured value that does not change afterwards if possible.
To solve the problem and to avoid the disadvantages mentioned, the new device for laying the grounding strap is constructed so that, according to the invention, the width of the pulling chisel corresponds to the thickness of the cutting knife and the width of the grounding strap, viewed in the pulling direction of the plow, has its broad side below the cutting knife arranged and bent at its end by about 1000 opposite the pulling direction and inserted from below into a laterally covered fastening slot of the cutting knife without additional fastening, the grounding strap being narrowed on both sides on its inserted length so that it does not protrude beyond the cutting knife.
By milling in the laying gap on both sides through the earthing strap,
that is wider than the cutting knife outside its attachment point
an intimate connection of the earth with the earth and thus one immediately after
Ready-to-use earthing with low earthing resistance is achieved after laying.
In addition, the height of the earthing strap is in the
Exactly fixed to the ground and a twisting of the baride is excluded. aside from that
is due to the claimed arrangement of the grounding strap below the cutting knife
Another advantage achieved by the fact that when cutting through the earth
vertical pressure of the cutting knife produced by means of the cutting plow
the grounding strap, this presses strongly to the bottom of the plowed-out gap, whereby
In addition to the smoothing of the earth electrode, a constant and intimate ground connection is guaranteed
will. The mounting of the grounding strap results in no additional fasteners
finally the advantage that when the laying work is finished, the cutting plow
is simply lifted out of the ground, with the grounding strap inserted from below
automatically pulls out of the fastening slot of the cutting knife.
Fig.
The invention is explained in more detail on the basis of exemplary embodiments in the drawing. 1 shows an overview in which the new device is installed in a conventional cutting or drainage plow; the device according to the invention is in the outlined circle; FIG. 2 shows the lower end of the cutting knife with the pulling chisel welded on and the feeding and holding of the grounding strap; FIG. 3 shows a section A-B; Fig. 5 shows the grounding strap narrowed at its fastening end in the stretched state, i.e. H. before his turn.
her eingeschoben und dabei abgebogen.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the grounding strap 1 is pushed from below into a fastening slot 2 arranged in the cutting blade 3 of the plow and is bent in the process. The grounding strap 1 must first be narrowed on both sides to a distance of about 60 to 80 mm, as shown at 4 in FIG. 5 , so as to fit into the laterally covered fastening slot 2 of the cutting knife. The side cover 5 gives the grounding strap adequate guidance and prevents it from tilting. The fastening slot 2 is made at an angle α of about 100 ' with respect to the direction of pull, so that the grounding strap cannot be pulled out even by large frictional forces during installation. The welded-on pulling chisel 6 has the same thickness as the cutting knife 3 and pulls it downwards. As shown in section in Fig. 3 and can also be seen from Fig. 4, the grounding strap protrudes outside of its fastening point on both sides of the cutter 3 and is milled into the ground when it is pulled in. The vertical lines dashed in FIG. 4 indicate that the cut soil springs back behind the cutting knife, as a result of which the two-sided milling of the earthing strap is deepened. Since the band iron lies flat below the cutting knife, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the earth electrode is pressed onto the floor of the plowed-out crevice by the vertical pressure generated when cutting through the soil. A measurement of the earth resistance carried out during or immediately after laying provides information on whether the values achieved are sufficient or whether further earthing straps have to be drawn in.
