PATENTANSPRÜCHE: 1. Einschneckenstrangpresse zum Mischen, Kneten und Gelieren von Kunststoffmischungen in aufeinanderfolgenden Zonen und zum Umpressen oder Umspritzen von elektrischen Leitern oder Kabelseelen mit diesen Mischungen in einem Arbeitsgang, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneckenraum in an sich bekannter Weise in mehrere aufeinanderfolgende Arbeitszonen, nämlich in eine Füllzone (a), eine Vorkomprimierungszone (b), eine Mischzone (c), eine Knetzone (d), eine Entgasungszone (e), eine Nachkomprimierungszone (f) und eine Gelierzone (g) aufgeteilt ist, daß einerseits die Schnecke aus einem zylindrischen oder hohlzylindrischen Dorn mit mehreren auf ihn leicht auswechselbar aufgesteckten Hülsen (Schneckenhülsen 11 bis 17) mit Außenprofil und andererseits der Schneckenzylinder aus einem Hohlzylinder mit mehreren ebenfalls leicht auswechselbaren Hülsen (Außenzylinderhülsen21 bis 27) mit einem Innenprofil besteht und daß die Schneckenhülsen und die Außenzylinderhülsen innerhalb jeder Arbeitszone gleiche Länge und ein den Arbeitsbedingungen dieser Zone angepaßtes Profil aufweisen, wobei sowohl die Schneckenhülsen (11 bis 17) als auch die Außenzylinderhülsen (21 bis 27) mit Festhalteelementen, z. B. flachen Längskeilen 10' und 20', versehen sind, die wohl ein Verschieben der Hülsen in Längsrichtung gestatten, aber eine Verdrehung der Hülsen in Umfangsrichtung verhindern. PATENT CLAIMS: 1.
