Vorliegende Erfindung hat eine Rohrziehbank zur Erzeugung von Röhren aus Rohrschienen zum Gegenstande, bei welcher die Bank aus zwei durch einen senkrechten Zapfen verbundenen Theilen besteht, von denen der vordere längere dem Erhitzungsofen für die Rohrschienen zugekehrte Theil, welcher das Zieheisen trägt, und auf welchem die Zieharbeit fast ausschliefslich stattfindet, vor dem Erhitzungsofen hin- und herbewegt werden kann, um die im Ofen neben einander, liegenden Rohrschienen aufnehmen und verarbeiten zu können, während der kurze, als Bock ausgeführte Theil der Bank feststeht und die Triebvorrichtung für die Ziehkette trägt. Vermöge der durch diese Anordnung bedingten grofsen Länge des vorderen Theiles der Ziehbank kann dieser vor die einzelnen Rohrschienen bezw. Oeffnungen des Ofens selbst bei beträchtlicher Ausdehnung des Ofens gestellt werden, ohne dafs der Ausschlagwinkel dieses Theiles gröfser wird, als ohne Schaden für die Ziehkette und ohne merkliche Schwierigkeit beim Herausziehen der Rohrschiene zulässig ist, und ferner wird das Rohr beim Ziehen selbst keiner seitlichen Biegung ausgesetzt.
