So ist es bekannt, die Ausläufe von Füllmaschinen mit einer überwurfmutter zu versehen, mit deren Hilfe Füllrohre verschiedener Durchmesser oder Vorsatzgeräte zum Portionieren oder Abdrehen befestigt werden. Das Lösen der überwurfmuttern ist dabei eine sehr lästige Arbeit, da die Fleischer immer fettige Hände haben. Wenn hierbei zum Auswechseln von Füllrohren auch an sich kein Werkzeug benötigt wird, so sind außer dem Ansetzen der Füllrohre od. dgl. auch noch zusätzliche Handhabungen erforderlich. Das feste Anziehen wird schließlich auch häufig wieder durch Schlagwirkung erreicht. Außerdem müssen die Flansche der ansetzbaren Geräte eine genaue Bearbeitung erhalten. Um die Mängel dieser bekannten Vorrichtungen beim Auswechseln von Füllrohren und sonstigen Ge- räten zu beseitigen und ein schnelles Auswechseln zu ermöglichen sowie den Bearbeitungsaufwand für die Befestigungsmittel herabzusetzen, geht die Erfindung von der zuletzt beschriebenen Vorrichtung aus, bei der die Füllrohre mit einem an ihnen vorgesehenen Flansch quer zur Füllrohrachse von oben hinter hakenartige Organe des Füllmaschinenauslaufs eingeschoben werden, sich in der richtigen Lage auf diesen abstützen und dabei durch einen Dichtring gegen den Auslauf abgedichtet sind. Sie besteht darin, daß die hakenartig ausgebildeten Organe des Füllmaschinenauslaufs als die Auslauföffnung umgebende teilringförmige Tasche ausgebildet sind, in die der Flansch des Füllrohres einschiebbar ist, und daß als Dichtring ein gegebenenfalls mit einer Stahlringeinlage versehener endloser Schlauch vorgesehen ist, der in einer in dem Füllmaschinenauslauf oder in dem Füllrohrflansch vorgesehenen und in Richtung auf den jeweils anderen Teil offenen Ringnut so angeordnet ist, daß er in dieser Richtung aus der Nut vorsteht, solange das Füllrohr nicht in die Tasche eingeschoben ist, und die Abdichtung vermöge seiner eigenen Elastizität vornimmt.Filling tubes with a flange for attachment to the sausage filling machine are also known.
