Abstract
In the present invention, a manufacturing method for a fluorine-doped material for positive electrodes of Prussian blue type sodium ion batteries is disclosed. The method comprises preparing a mixed solution of sodium ferrocyanide and sodium fluoride, adding an antioxidant to the mixed solution, adding a transition metal salt solution to the mixed solution at a certain flow rate, adding a sodium chloride solution to the mixed solution after the material addition ends and aging it, performing solid-liquid separation on the aged material to obtain a precipitate, and washing and drying the precipitate to obtain a material for positive electrodes for Prussian blue type sodium ion batteries. The mixed solution in the present invention contains a large amount of fluorine ions, which are complexed with transition metal ions when the transition metal ions are added, so that the rate of precipitation reaction is inhibited, crystallization is carried out slowly, and therefore particles with better crystallinity are obtained; the metal sodium salt complexed with fluorine also produces a precipitate when the reaction is carried out, and is coprecipitated with ferrocyanide to form a eutectic; and the fluorine ions play the role of supporting the skeleton of the material.
Description
TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
The present invention belongs to the technical field of sodium ion batteries and particularly relates to a manufacturing process for a fluorine-doped Prussian blue material for positive electrodes for sodium ion batteries.
HINTERGRUNDBACKGROUND
Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in portable electronic devices and electric vehicles due to their long cycle life and high specific energy. However, the potential safety risk and limited lithium resources prevent the use of lithium-ion batteries in a large-scale energy storage system. In this case, sodium-ion batteries with low cost and long cycle life are a more attractive alternative to lithium-ion batteries for the energy storage system. Therefore, it is imperative to develop sustainable electrode materials for the sodium-ion batteries.
Sodium ion batteries have the characteristics of low cost of raw materials, rich resources, large electrochemical performance potential and the like, so sodium ion batteries are expected to be used in the field of large-scale energy storage and are one of important research directions of next generation battery technology. At present, positive electrode materials of sodium ion batteries mainly include transition metal oxides, phosphates, Prussian blue materials and the like. The Prussian blue materials have the advantages of high voltage platform (> 3V), large ion channel, large specific capacity, low price, no toxicity, easy preparation and the like, and become a research focus of positive electrode materials of sodium ion batteries. However, when the material is used in non-aqueous sodium ion battery, cycle performance is poor.
To further control the crystallization behavior of the material, the prior art uses complexing agents to improve the crystallinity of the material. However, general complexing agents are expensive and crystal surface residues caused by the common complexing agents cannot be avoided.

In some embodiments of the present invention, in step S1, in the mixed solution, the sodium ferrocyanide has a concentration of 0.01-1 mol/L and the sodium fluoride has a concentration of 0.01-1 mol/L.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the antioxidant in step S1 has a concentration of 0.001-0.25 mol/L in the mixed solution.
Bei einigen Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung ist in Schritt S2 die Übergangsmetallsalzlösung zumindest eine der Lösungen von Nickelsulfat, Kobaltsulfat, Mangansulfat, Eisen(III)-sulfat, Eisen(II)-sulfat, Nickelnitrat, Kobaltnitrat, Mangannitrat, Eisen(III)-nitrat, Eisen(II)-nitrat, Nickelchlorid, Kobaltchlorid, Manganchlorid, Eisen(III)-chlorid und Eisen(II)-chlorid.In some embodiments of the present invention, in step S2, the transition metal salt solution is at least one of nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, ferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, nickel nitrate, cobalt nitrate, manganese nitrate, ferric nitrate, ferrous nitrate, nickel chloride, cobalt chloride, manganese chloride, ferric chloride, and ferrous chloride.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the transition metal salt solution in step S2 has a concentration of 0.01-1 mol/L, and the transition metal salt solution and the mixed solution have a volume ratio of (0.9-1.1): 1; and the transition metal salt solution is added at a flow rate of 25-50 mL/h.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in step S2, the sodium chloride solution has a concentration of 1-4 mol/L and the sodium chloride solution and the mixed solution have a volume ratio of (0.9-1.1):1.

In some embodiments of the present invention, in step S3, the precipitate is washed using deionized water and absolute ethanol.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in step S3, the precipitate is dried in vacuum at 100-120 °C for 12-24 h.
- 1. Ferrocyanide ions are easily converted into ferricyanide ions or dissociated into ferric ions and cyanide ions under the action of light. An antioxidant is added to mitigate the occurrence of the reaction and also improves the purity of a target product.
- 2. A mixed solution contains a large amount of fluoride ions, when transition metal ions are added, the fluoride ions form a complex with the transition metal ions, thereby inhibiting a rate of precipitation reaction, slowing down crystallization and obtaining particles with better crystallinity. A metal sodium salt complexed with the fluoride precipitates in the reaction and co-precipitates with the ferrocyanide to form a co-crystal. The fluoride ions are used as a complexing agent. Unlike general complexes, no residue is formed. The fluoride ions directly serve as part of a cathode material. In a During the subsequent charging and discharging process, the fluoride ions act as a supporting framework for the material, for example, during charging, Na 4 MeF 6 is converted to Na 2 MeF 6. The fluoride ions have a lower mass and can further increase the gram capacity of the material. Currently, the use of fluoride as a material for positive electrodes of sodium-ion batteries is very rarely reported.
- 3. A sodium chloride solution with a higher concentration is added to the mixed solution for long-term aging, so that metal ion complexes are further precipitated, the co-crystallization is more stable, and the production efficiency of the product is improved.

It can be seen from Table 1 that, compared with the embodiments, the non-fluorine-doped Prussian blue material for positive electrodes for sodium ion batteries in the comparative embodiment has significantly lower specific capacity and cycle performance. This is because in the comparative embodiment, a transition metal salt was simply mixed with the sodium ferrocyanide solution, the reaction rate was difficult to control, the material had low crystallinity and low sodium content, and thus electrochemical performance was poor.

The embodiments of the present invention are described above in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments.
