Description
TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
The present invention relates to an integrated device for oscillating and irrigating a root canal and an oscillating and irrigating method, and belongs to the clinical technical field of root canal treatment.
STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART
The oscillating and irrigating devices for root canal treatment currently on the market have the following disadvantages: 1. The process of oscillating and irrigating a root canal has to be done in stages, namely 1) Injecting, after opening a pulp, a solution into the tooth through a needle of a syringe, 2) oscillating through the oscillating and rinsing device, and 3) injecting the solution through the syringe for rinsing. The above process must be repeated several times. Because after vibrating and stirring fragments or impurities, the fragments or impurities will continue to settle due to their gravity if it is not flushed out immediately. If the fragments or debris get stuck in the apex of the root, they will be difficult to remove with the next rinse, which can easily lead to inflammation of the root canal and, in severe cases, to failure of the root canal treatment that requires the tooth to be extracted. 2. The process of oscillating and irrigating a root canal needs to be done in multiple steps, with the oscillation and irrigating separated from each other, so that the medical staff feels inconvenient and cumbersome during the operation. 3. The volume of the syringe is limited. If more solution is needed, a larger syringe must be used, which is very uncomfortable to use in the mouth. And if the patient's mouth contains too much solution, they will easily choke, which may lead to a medical accident. Repeatedly pumping the solution through the syringe will cause contaminants to remain in the pulp cavity for too long. 4. The oscillating devices for root canal treatment currently on the market Ultrasonic oscillators: 1) The needle of the ultrasonic oscillator is a metal structure that stops when the needle gets stuck. 2) The needle of the ultrasonic oscillator is a metal structure that is easily broken off when it hits the inner wall of the root canal. Even if the doctor is experienced in the operation, the movement of the patient's head may cause the needle to hit the inner wall of the root canal and thus be broken off, causing displacement of the patient's head by the patient's coughing, for example. Further, it is extremely difficult to remove the broken needle, causing great inconvenience to patients and doctors, and even affecting the treatment of patients, causing physical and mental harm to the patient and posing a high risk. 3) The ultrasonic wave oscillating washing does not have the function of spraying or applying drugs, so the problem of spraying drugs can not be solved, with the application of drugs with a replace needle or other measures to a long treatment time and cumbersome treatment procedures. 4) The main working parts of the root canal oscillator are divided into two parts, namely a driving structure of the root canal oscillator and a root canal needle. The vibration intensity of various root canal oscillators can be flexibly adjusted manually, but with the prior art, it is difficult to thoroughly clean root canal infectious substances and eliminate residual bacteria and toxins, so it is also necessary to enhance the effect of root canal irrigation and treatment to improve.
