Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß das Rostgitter in zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Teilflächen unterteilt ist, von denen die obere am Gerätegehäuse gelenkig gelagert ist, während die untere frei beweglich auf mehreren am Gehäuse angebrachten Auflagen aufruht, wobei die beiden Teilflächen so bemessen sind, daß sie etwa einen rechten Winkel miteinander einschließen, und zwar in der Betriebslage als Berührungsschutz mit nach außen, in der Betriebslage als Topftragfläche mit nach innen geklappten Winkelscheitel.
