Die auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellte Ahle zur Herstellung der Löcher in Textilriemen unterscheidet sich von ähnlichen Lochstechvorrichtungen, wie solche z. B. in den Patentschriften 58579 und 59942 dargestellt sind, dadurch, dafs der obere Theil der zweitheiligen Ahle eine starre Gabel oder eine mit einem Schlitz ο versehene Hülse bildet und nach Entfernung des als Lochdorn dienenden unteren Ahlentheiles in dem Loche verbleibt und dieses offen hält, so dafs der Riemen oder das sonstige Bindemittel bequem eingeführt werden kann. Die Hülse oder Gabel des oberen Theiles, welcher mit einer Oeffnung 0 zum Einführen des Verbindungsmittels versehen ist, ist so gestaltet, dafs sie zur Aufnahme des bolzenartigen Obertheils des Dornes d geeignet ist. Wird der letztere durch das Material hindurchgeführt, so läfst sich derselbe leicht abnehmen oder er löst sich von selbst. Hierauf wird das Verbindungsmittel durch den Schlitz 0 des Obertheiles eingeführt und durch das offen gehaltene Loch in dem zu verbindenden Material hindurchgeführt. Der Obertheil der Ahle wird hierauf entfernt und wird dann wieder mit dem Untertheil vereinigt und zur Herstellung eines neuen Loches u. s. w. verwendet.
