Description

Components for bridges, collapsible halls, armor or the like. The The invention aims to provide a further construction of components for bridges that can be dismantled Halls, armor or the like according to the main patent, which is trapezoidal in the side view are formed and their lower chords connected by means of variable length are. According to the main patent, they are connected and superimposed arranged structural elements form a flat structure, in which the acting on the structure Accordingly, forces are only dissipated in the plane of extent of the components.

The invention is based on the object, components of this type as well to use to create spatial structures. This object is achieved according to the invention through this. solved that the lower chords and / or upper chords connecting means between successive components arranged in the same plane in this way are designed that the same or similar components are connected to them whose planes of extension can be compared with the extension levels of the other components include an angle. Further features of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.

The design of the connecting means is continued on the basis of the drawing explained. It shows Fig. 1 a. Cross section through a connecting body, the through several level structures arranged at right angles to one another to form one spatial structure connected. Fig. 2 is a plan view of another embodiment the connecting means of two flat structures that form an acute angle with each other include, Fig. 3 is a side view of the connection point according to the embodiment according to Figure 1 with a connecting body that extends from the 0bergurtbereich to the Untergurtbere ch extends, Fig. 4 two intersecting at a right angle Turnbuckles of a spatial structure that consists of. at an angle of 90 ° extending components is assembled, and Fig.5 is a plan view the junction of two flat structures at an angle of. Cross 90 °, with a different design of the lanyard.

For the sake of simplicity, there are only components in the exemplary embodiments shown connected to each other. are.

Will man, beispielsweise vier Bauelemente I, II, III, IV zu einem räumlichen Tragwerk verbinden, so kann man die Enden jedes Bauelementes an einem Verbindungskörper anlenken, der beispielsweise gemäß Fig.1 aus zwei zusammengeschweißten. U-Profilen 1, 2 besteht. If, for example, four components I, II, III, IV are to be connected to form a three-dimensional structure, the ends of each component can be linked to a connecting body which, for example, as shown in FIG. U-profiles 1, 2 consists. The connecting body formed from the two U-profiles is provided with tabs 7, 8 and 9, 10 on each of its four surfaces 3, 4, 5, 6. The distance between the facing surfaces of the tabs 7, 8 is smaller than the distance between the facing surfaces of the tabs 9, 10, since the tabs 11, 12 and 13, which are attached to each of the two ends of the components I to IV, 14 also have a different distance from one another. each of the tabs 7, 8 or 9, 10, like each of the tabs 11, 12 or 13, 14, is provided with a bore through which bolts can be inserted. The axes of the bores or bolts are denoted by 15. Of course, instead of the tabs, fork heads or other members performing the same task can be arranged on the upper chords, which are then expediently welded to the profile rods 16, 17 forming the upper chords. The profile bars 16, 17 can consist of open and closed profiles; they are connected to one another by several spacers 18 and to the lower belt profile (s) 19 via diagonal bars 20, 21 (FIG. 3).

If two flat structures should cross at an acute angle, so you have to design the lanyard accordingly. Fig. 2 shows one for this Appropriate connecting body 22 with the connected components. As far as If the same parts are involved, these are given the same reference numbers in the figure provided as in Fig. 1. Should, more than two level structures in the area of the Cross connection points, so one can still further on the connection body 22 Arrange tabs or the like on the surfaces 23, 24 or the shape of the body change corresponding to the angle at which the structures are to cross.

Each connecting body according to Fig. 1 or Fig. 2 can be designed so that it only serves to connect the upper chords. But you can also choose it so high that it serves to connect the upper chords and the lower chords of the components, as shown in FIG. Here two components extending in the same plane are connected to the connecting body 25, namely in the upper belt by bolts and in the lower belt area by turnbuckles 26, 27 . each turnbuckle is fastened at one end by a bolt 28 to the lower flange 19 of one of the structural elements and by means of a bolt 29 to the tabs 30, 31 of the body 25. By turning the turnbuckles, the individual structural elements or their upper chords can be inclined relative to one another, so that the desired shape can be given to the entire structure or structure.

If one only sees one in the upper chord area of intersecting structural elements Connecting body, so you connect the lower chords with two turnbuckles, which interpenetrate when the system lines of the lower chords lie in one plane have to. Suitable turnbuckles for this purpose are shown in Fig. 4, in which the lock 32 is designed so that the other lock 33 through the opening 34 of the lock 32 can reach through. Are the system lines of the belts of four structural elements not in one level, then the lower chords of the four components need each other connecting turnbuckles not to penetrate, because in this case they are on top of each other. You can then use similar turnbuckles.

As Fig. 5 shows, the tabs 11, 12 or 13, 14 and thus the upper chords of two components to be connected to each other articulated bolt 35 can be provided with a fork piece 36, on whose heads 37, 38 the tabs 11, 12 of another Component are connected. The profile bars 16, 17 of the upper chords of the two components connected to one another, which extend in the same plane, are each provided with a tab 39, 40 which, like the other tabs, each have a bore. A bolt 41 is inserted through the bores of the tabs 39, 40 and 13, 14. Between the fork piece 36 and the fork piece 36 facing belt of the section steel or the tab 12 attached to the section bar 17, lining plates 42 are arranged, which are secured against the fork piece 36, so that the forces transmitted via the fork piece 36 directly on the transversely the fork piece extending components are passed on. Instead of the tabs 39, 40 one can also releasably connect a fork piece 43 to the bolt 35 - as shown in dashed lines - for example via a bolt 44 which must be provided to secure the bolt 35 anyway. The bolt 35 is thus formed almost symmetrically, since only the fork pieces 36, 43 are of different widths and the fork piece 43 can be detached from the bolt 35.

Of course, you can also use a different connection means Give shape, for example as a hollow cylinder, which may be stiffened if necessary can.
