Description
The invention relates to a tap changer, in particular for transformers, chokes and the like, in which the fixed tap contacts arranged in a circle are swept by a tapping tap moving in a circle, two mutually coupled movement devices being provided for moving the moving tap contact, one of which lifts the movable tap contact from its stationary tap contacts in the longitudinal direction, while the second device, consisting of a Geneva gear, whose Geneva wheel mounted on the switch shaft is displaceable, pivots the lifted moving contact by one tap step in a circle and then through the first device to be placed on the new fixed step contacts in the longitudinal direction again. In order to switch individual turns of the control winding on or off, the control winding is tapped and these taps are led to fixed tap contacts arranged in a circle or in a row, where they are coated by a movable tap contact that serves as a tapping contact. To save space, the fixed step contacts are often arranged in a circle. B. with the help of external gears, via the contact path of the fixed step contacts.
Stufenschalteinrichtung,
insbesondere für TransformatorenFor this purpose, it was already known to let the movable step contact perform a longitudinal and rotary movement in which a Geneva wheel was axially displaced together with its shaft, while at the same time the movable step contact, designed as a double-armed lever, performed a pivoting movement about a horizontal bearing so that it moved from lifted off the fixed step contact in order to then swivel back to the next following fixed step contact after the Geneva wheel was switched on during the axial return movement of the Geneva wheel that now follows. In order to ensure that the movable step contact is lifted off and placed back on again safely while avoiding its pivoting around a horizontal bearing with minimal wear and tear and perfect contact in the correct position, and to create a step switch with the smallest space requirement and robust, but nevertheless simple design, according to the invention proposed in a switch of the type explained above that the first movement device consists of a roller mounted on the drive shaft of the switch, which has a self-contained, obliquely inclined to the shaft axis groove in which a sliding block is guided with a on a switch shaft lying parallel to the drive shaft, the step switching device,

The entire tap changer is designated by 10. This consists of a number Actual tap changer 12 having switching positions and an associated tap changer mechanism 14, by means of which the individual tap positions of the tap changer can be set, like this from the circuit diagram of FIG. 3 can be seen, in which 16 denotes a transformer, the primary winding of which 18 and its secondary winding formed as a control winding from the two winding parts 20 and 22 consists. Each of these control winding parts has three taps in the exemplary embodiment. These are with fixed step contacts 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34 of the step switch 12 arranged in a circle via

sprechende Leitungen verbunden. With 36 the associated movable step contact attached to the switch shaft 42 is indicated, which moves over all fixed step contacts with a full rotation, that is, with a 360 ° path. According to the invention, in this movement path, the movable step contact 36 starts a double movement with each switching operation , namely it not only rotates from one contact to the other, but rather it stands out from each associated fixed step contact initially in the longitudinal direction until the contact is separated, then carries out a derhing movement that corresponds to the switching step until it is aligned in front of the new fixed step contact to be switched on, and then approaches the new step contact again by executing a longitudinal movement until it is firmly engaged with it. In the switching example of Fig. 3, a switching bridge is used as a movable step contact 36, which can bridge two different rule winding parts 20 and 22 associated fixed step contacts. As a result, winding sections of the two winding parts 20 and 22 are gradually switched off or on. The double movement of the movable step contact 36 is achieved in the illustrated embodiment by means of two devices of the drive mechanism 14 which are coupled to one another and which are shown in greater detail in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the two legs of a U-shaped support part 72, a shaft 64, which serves as a drive shaft, is rotatably mounted at 68 and 70. A roller 54 is placed on this shaft by means of a pin 66. This roller 54 has a self-contained groove 56 which is inclined obliquely relative to the shaft axis and which has a straight piece at its upper end 62 and only has one reversal point at 60 at its lower end. In this groove 56 slides a driving block 58, which is fitted in a support part 52 adapted to the roll shell 54 and resting against it, which is itself rotatably fastened to a shaft 42 arranged parallel to the drive shaft 64, possibly on a bushing mounted thereon. When the roller 54 is rotated, the part 52 and the associated switch shaft 42, which is both rotatable and longitudinally displaceable in the flanges of the support part 72 at 96 and 98, are raised and lowered, i.e. along the direction of the axis 42 moves. The stone 58 and its support part 52 cannot perform a rotary movement since the support part 52 rests against the roller 54 in a form-fitting manner. A support arm 44 made of insulating material is attached to the switch shaft 42, and a cross-bar 37 made of conductive material is screwed to its end with the aid of the screw 46, which again carries the spring contacts 38 and 40, which can be screwed on, at its ends. These spring contacts, which are intended to come into engagement with the fixed step contacts 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, are arranged at a distance from these fixed step contacts. The fixed step contacts themselves sit on the insulating disk 41. The parts 37, 38, 40 thus form the movable step contact 36. In FIG from Fig. 3, the two fully switched on control winding parts 20 and 22 with each other.
A Geneva wheel 76 having a hub 86 is placed on the switch shaft 42 above the support part 52. The support part 52 is rotatably mounted on the hub 86, namely it lies between the Geneva wheel76 and an adjusting ring 90 placed on the hub 86 and fastened by means of a pin 88. The Geneva wheel 76 has a corresponding number of switching slots 80 and corresponding to the desired number of stages Ratchet teeth 78 on. As a locking member for the Geneva wheel 76, the roller 54 is used, on the outer surface of which the Flanks 94 of the ratchet teeth 78 rest. The drive wheel 82 of the Geneva gear is mounted on the shaft 64. This carries a driver pin 84 which can engage in the switching slots 80 of the Geneva wheel as soon as it is is raised by the utility roller 54 to a corresponding height. So that at this point in time the engagement of driver pin 84 and Geneva wheel 76 can rotate the Geneva wheel 76, the shift drum has in its upper part at 93 a recess common in Maltese drives. 92 is one in the upper part the switch shaft 42 attached stop washer.
If the drive shaft 64, starting from the 1 to 3 shown switching position, in which the movable contact bridge 76 by means of the spring contacts 38 and 40 is in engagement with the fixed step contacts 24 and 34, for example in a counterclockwise direction rotated, then the guide block 58 slides in the groove 56 of the roller 54, which is inclined, after above and takes the shaft 42 together with the Geneva wheel 76 seated on it upwards. Lift at the same time the spring contacts 38 and 40 move in the longitudinal direction of the shaft 42 from the stationary step contacts 24 and 34. After separating the step contacts, the shaft 42 is longitudinally displaced so far that the Geneva wheel 76 has reached the level of the driver pin 84, d. i.e., the stone 58 is in the upper planes Area 62, which has a corresponding length, arrives so that it can also be reached with further rotation of the roller 54 remains in this amount. At the same time, the driver pin 84 is in a switching slot 80 occurred, and there at the same time with the drive pin also the adjacent recess 93 of the roller 54 runs in, the driver pin 84 can move the Geneva wheel 76 up to its exit from the switching slot 80 take with you, which is the case after covering the path corresponding to a switching stage. So that will the switch shaft 42 firmly connected to the Geneva wheel 76 together with the movable one connected to it Step contact 36 turned clockwise by one switching step until the spring contacts 38 and 40 the fixed step contacts 24 and 26 are opposite. When the drive shaft 64 continues to rotate, the Stone 58, since it runs off the flat piece 62 again, onto the inclined path of the groove 56 and thereby presses the shaft 42 downwards until it reaches the lowermost area, that is, the reversal area 60 of the groove 56. At of the reversal point 60, the groove 56 therefore does not have a larger flat area. The downward movement of the Shaft 42, on the one hand, the Geneva wheel 76 has come out of engagement with the driver pin 84 and slides in the locked position along the roller 54. At the same time, the spring contacts 38, 40 approach the fixed contacts, which they have completely enclosed in the reverse position 60 of the groove 56. That is the end of the Switching process reached, and the first winding section of the control winding part 22 is now switched off. When the drive shaft 64 continues to rotate in the same direction of rotation, the lowermost groove area begins 60, as mentioned, is only a turning point, the stone 58 immediately starts walking upwards and again lifts the contact bridge 36 from the fixed step contacts until it reaches the upper straight one Groove area 62 again lifted the movable contact bridge 36 through engagement of Geneva wheel 76
The others Switching operations take place in the same way as described, even if the direction of rotation of the drive shaft will be changed.
