Description

Roof trusses made of at least two vertically arranged side by side, Truss panels connected by spacers The invention relates to Roof trusses made of at least two vertically arranged side by side by spacers connected half-timbered panels, their upper and lower chords made of commercially available angle iron exist, whereby the angle iron of the upper and lower chord of adjacent disks, under Forming a box-shaped cross-section, open inwards and the diagonals of the framework with their ends on the insides of the vertical cross-section The legs of the upper and lower chords are welded.

According to the invention are used to connect the upper belt angle iron Spacers designed as L or 1 iron, their protruding over the straps Legs or webs serve as an abutment or holder for roof parts.

This design has the advantage that additional means for the holder the roofing can be saved; take over the necessary spacers at the same time the task of holding the roof covering.

The figures explain the invention using exemplary embodiments. It puts 1 shows a roof truss, FIG. 2 shows the plan of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 the Cross section of a roof truss assembled from two half-timbered panels, FIG. 4 the cross section of a truss assembled from three truss disks, FIG. 5 a rafter roof made of roof trusses according to the invention and FIG. 6 shows the use of the inventive Spacers for fastening roof panels. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is the roof truss consists of two half-timbered panels 1, each of which consists of the upper chord 2, the lower chord 3 and 4 diagonals is composed. Belts and struts are made of angle iron; the diagonals can also be designed as a continuous strut made of round iron snakes be. Each half-timbered section can have a hemispherical base point 5 and, if necessary, for the connection with other rafters to a three-joint system, a ridge joint 6 (Fig. 5) have.

B. zum Befestigen der Dachlatten 10 (Fig. 1 und 2).As the left half of Fig. 2 shows, the parallel truss disks 1 at all junctions of the upper chords and at some junctions of the lower chords held at a distance from one another by welded-on binding plates 7 and form a multiple carrier united; the angle irons of the upper and lower chords of adjacent pulleys are under Formation of a box-shaped cross section open inwards; the diagonals are 4 with their ends on the inner sides of the legs of the upper and lower chords welded in place. As can be seen in the right half of FIGS. 1 and 2, are spacing connecting links of the top chord angle iron according to the invention designed as L-iron 9 and in the necessary number and with the required Spaced. The legs of this profile iron protruding over the belts serve as an abutment or bracket for roof parts, e.g. B. to attach the roof battens 10 (Figures 1 and 2).

This is one of two Truss assemblies, beams; the horizontal legs of the L-irons 9 are designated with 9 ', the vertical legs with 9 ".

The embodiment of FIG. 4 differs from that of FIG in that three truss panels are assembled to form a truss. As a spacer The link here is a 1 iron, the web 17 of which is directed upwards.

Die Fig. 5 zeigt ein Sparrendach aus Dachbindern gemäß der Fig. 1 und 2.FIG. 5 shows a rafter roof made of roof trusses according to FIG. 1 and 2.

Bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 6 dienen die Stege 17 der Abstandsglieder als Widerlager für Dachplatten 16.In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, the webs 17 serve as spacers as an abutment for roof panels 16.
