Exposed to high temperatures and pressures, closed off from the outside
Centrifugal pump unit with can in the electric drive motor The invention
relates to something that is under high pressure and high temperature and is closed off from the outside
Centrifugal pump unit. These aggregates form with the centrifugal pump and the electric one
Drive machine a closed unit. This makes special sealing measures unnecessary
at the shaft gap. All that is required is that the pumped liquid has access
to the laminated cores and the windings of the rotor and stature of the electric drive machine
to refuse.
In a known manner, therefore, the outer surface of the rotor and the

0.4 mm. These relatively thin cans are sometimes exposed to considerable forces,
especially with centrifugal pump units working under high pressure and high temperature.
The pressures are up to 500 atü and the temperatures up to 400 ° C and above.
While the out of the press. and temperatures of the pumped medium resulting in
forces acting in the radial direction on the cans due to large contact surfaces
the cans on the rotor and the stature of the electric drive machine are not disadvantageous

the attachment points of the can ends and faults in the can occur.
The adverse effects of the pressures of the pumped medium,
axially directed forces can be eliminated by using the end rings with an appropriate

Thermal stresses on the can and its fastening points are not influenced.
This is due to the fact that the tensions occurring on the can

has already been proposed that one end of the can is bellows-like

To change engine parts.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the stature of the
Electric drive machine enclosing housing on which the cover rings
the stator support, is made of a material whose coefficient of thermal expansion
is less than or equal to the mean expansion coefficient from the sum of the
Thermal expansion coefficient of the laminated core and the two winding heads of the
Stator enclosing, combined with a can liquid-tight and gas-tight
Cover rings. Due to the associated different thermal expansions of the individual
Parts are approximately compensated for the forces acting against each other in the axial direction,
so that the cans and their fastening points are not subjected to excessive stresses
more can be exposed. Advantageously, the cover rings are designed as neck-shaped,
each with a flange provided parts formed, the flanges on the
Support the front ends of the housing enclosing the stato, r. When heated
of the relevant parts of the electric drive machine, the two expand
on the end faces of the stator housing supporting cover rings against the
Direction of expansion of the stator housing
off so. that the route
around which the stator expands, is compensated by the cover rings.
An axial stress on the can connected to the end rings is thereby
prevented. In addition, there can be no gap between the end faces of the cover rings and
the laminated core occur so that the bearing surface of the can on the stator does not
is interrupted. Due to the thin walls of the can this would be due to
of the liquid pressure are pressed into the gap, whereby it is
would warp or tear open.
bekannten ferritischen Magnesium-Nickel- bzw. Magnesium-Cr-Gußeisen-Legierung hergestellt,
Stahl. To achieve the various thermal expansions of the relevant engine parts
the housing part surrounding the stator is expediently made up of a per se
known ferritic magnesium-nickel or magnesium-Cr-cast iron alloy,
the laminated core in a known manner from dynamo sheet and the cover rings from alloyed
Stole.
In order to allow a relative displacement between the cover rings and the can
avoid is in a further embodiment of the invention for the cover rings of the stator
and rotor uses a material whose coefficient of thermal expansion is approximately
is the same as that of the cans. This also has the advantage of
that a perfect sealing weld seam at the can ends with the cover rings
can be guaranteed. So that the side cover rings for balancing at the same time
of the common rotor of the centrifugal pump and the electric drive machine
can, -these are made strong in their axial extent.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.
The figure shows an axial section through a centrifugal pump unit for delivery
of pumping liquids under high pressure and high temperature are shown.
In the figure, 1 is the one from the laminated core 2 and the windings
3 existing stator surrounding housing referred to. At the end faces 4 and 5 of the
Motor housing 1 are supported by the flanges 6 and 7 of the neck-shaped
Cover rings 8 and 9. The end faces 10 and 11 of the cover rings lie tightly
the two sides 12 and 13 of the laminated stator core 2. The can 14 is located
over its entire axial extent on the laminated core 2 and the cover rings
on. The ends 17 are secured by liquid- and gas-tight weld seams 15 and 16
and 18 of the can 14 connected to the cover rings. The housing 1 consists
from a ferritic spheroidal graphite cast iron (spheroidal cast iron) and the cover rings 8.9
and the can 14 made of a steel alloy. This causes the housing to expand
1, based on the unit of length, is less than the cover rings when heated
and the can. However, since the housing has a greater axial extent
as the cover rings, is the distance that the housing extends in the axial direction
expands, approximately as large as the sum of the distances the two move
Expand cover rings in the opposite direction, so that excessive stresses
can not occur at the connection welds 15, 16 of the can 14.
Thus also at the weld seams 19, 20 of the can 21 for the rotor 22
Excessive thermal stresses can occur, the can 21 also exists
like the cover rings 23 and 24 made of alloy steel. The cover rings have here
such a large axial extension that it is also used to balance the shaft
25, impellers 26 and rotor 22 existing rotor of the pump unit can serve.
