Pump system for large borehole depths The invention relates to a
Subsea pumping system to be used in deep boreholes. With big ones
So far, one of the things that has been the depth of the borehole is the individual pumps by means of a motor
driven, which was arranged above days. However, such designs have
Lack of disadvantageously long and heavy waves that monitor each other and also poorly
badly expanded. As another disadvantage, the need is more numerous
View support bearings and also the need for a completely straight borehole.
Those known pump systems do not have these disadvantages
consist of several individual units arranged one above the other, each of which
consists of a motor with an assembled pump. For large borehole depths and
fairly small borehole diameters, but mostly with high productivity
of the well, there is now the difficulty of performing large amounts of often more
than 250 HP per engine can be accommodated in one engine that is still in the narrow borehole
Takes place. Keeping the motor diameter small is of crucial importance.
For this purpose, one chose high speeds for the engine, but with the disadvantage
it must be accepted that the pumps can then no longer prime themselves,
but require a considerable inflow height. It must also be sufficient
Cooling should be taken care of, and finally the individual units should also
the delivery pipe form a solid unit, which by attaching another unit
can be extended over days. It is Z. B. a system of this type with the above
Disadvantages become known in which the motor of each individual unit under the pump
is arranged. In order to cool the motor, the. Inlet line through its
Middle part. Each motor is surrounded by a tube, the tube being the one below
Unit with that of the unit overlying the bar through the delivery line
is firmly connected, so that the whole system forms a coherent structural unit.
Disregarding the fact that the lowest unit still carries a suction strainer, so are
In the system mentioned, all units are designed in the same way and work consistently
at high speed.
verbleibt. The invention is now based on the object of a pump system for
To create large borehole depths, in which the shortcomings of the known systems are not
available. Accordingly, the subject matter of the invention consists in a pump system
for large borehole depths, consisting of several one above the other, each
Drive motor and pump comprising individual units, which are carried by a delivery line
are rigidly connected to each other, with each motor under its pump, wherein
Furthermore, the motor of the lowest unit is designed as a slow runner, which
The suction point of this unit is located between the motor and the pump and the outside diameter
of the motor is so large that there is no noticeable annular gap between it and the borehole
exists, and the motors of the units above are designed as high-speed runners
and in the outer diameter are only so large that, as is known, a conveyor annulus between
the engine and the delivery pipe surrounding it, which has expanded to form a jacket pipe
remains.
A system designed in this way is based on the knowledge that
that a feeder pump is unnecessary or that a low inlet head is sufficient,
if the first pump is designed as a low speed pump. The big one associated with it
The diameter of the lowest motor was thereby reduced to a still manageable size,
that the motor was placed under the pump and external cooling was provided.
The external cooling is known per se, but only if the arrangement of
Pump and motor. The invention thus creates a solution that has all of the disadvantages
the known system avoids large amounts of water.
In Figures 1 and 2, embodiments of the arrangement are corresponding
of the invention shown. You can see the underwater pump unit 1 with the motor
relatively large diameter 2, suction opening 3 and with pump part 4
the conveyor pipe consisting of any number of pipe sections 5 closes
which ends in a jacket pipe. The jacket tube 6 is expanded so that it
fills almost the entire borehole diameter and has a sufficient inside
Flow area
with respect to the motor 7 leaves free. The suction opening 8 of the pump 9 located higher up
is located inside the made of intermediate pipes. 5 and 5 'and casing pipes 6 and
6 'formed conveyor channel.
in diesem Falle aus drei Stufen 11, 12, 13.Fig. 2 shows the conditions inside the jacket tube 6
more clearly recognizable. The jacket pipe 6 is connected to the intermediate piece 10,
which also contains the suction opening of the pump located above the bar. The pump is made
in this case from three stages 11, 12, 13.
