Bei einer bekannten Befestigung einer Adressendruckplatte auf ihrem Träger besitzt der aus Blech bestehende Träger Falzungen zur Halterung der Adreßdruckplatten. Die Material-und Herstellungskosten für einen derartigen Träger mit Platte sind verhältnismäßig hoch, weshalb man bereits dazu übergegangen ist, den Träger a-us nichtmetallischem Werkstoff herzustellen -und mit zueinander parallel verlaufenden Einschnitten zu versehen, in die die Druckplatten, welche selbst mit Abbiegungen zweier einander gegenüberliegender Ränder versehen sind, eingeschoben werden können. Derartige Einschnitte im Träger müssen aber genügend weit vom Trägerrand entfernt angeordnet sein, um ein Ausreißen der Einschnitte zu den Rändern des Trägers hin zu vermeiden.
