Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Rohren mit einer profilierten Innenfläche, insbesondere von Läufen von Schußwaffen, auf einer Hämmermaschine mittels eines dem herzustellenden Profil entsprechenden Domes unter Schutz gestellt. Dabei wird das Werkstück beim Hämmern über den profilierten Dorn hinweggeführt. Der Dorn führt sich hierbei mit seinem vorderen Ende in dem fertiggestellten Profil. Nach der Erfindung wird das Verfahren nach dem Hauptpatent derart erweitert, daß der sich in dem fertiggestellten Profil führende Dorn ein vorderes Ansatzstück erhält, durch das es möglich ist, zunächst eine zylindrische, glatte Öffnung und dann einen gewünschten Übergang in den profilierten Teil des Rohres zu erzielen. Dadurch wird es möglich, in diesem konischen Übergangsteil ein Auslaufen der hergestellten Drallnuten zu erreichen, wobei die Tiefe der Drallnuten im konischen Teil allmählich abnimmt und die Dralliiuten dann ganz aufhören. Dieser Vorgang ist z. werden und dann aufhören. An das konische Ansatzstück 3' schließt sich ein zylindrisches Ansatzstück 3"
an. Das Hämmern wird derart geleitet, daß sich der Dorn gleichmäßig mit dem Rohr 2 durch die Hämmermaschine
bewegt, wobei das Rohr 2 auf die Ansatzstücke 3' und 3" aufgehämmert wird. Ebenso wird
eine gleichmäßige Weiterbewegung des Domes und des Rohres 2 bis in die in der Zeichnung dargestellte
Lage der Hämmerbacken 1 zu dem Rohr 2 fortgeführt. Von dieser Lage ab wird der Dorn 3 gegenüber
den Hämmerbacken 1 in axialer Richtung festgehalten, während er um seine Achse wegen der Führung
in den Nuten 4 drehbar gelagert ist. Von dieser Stellung ab wird dann das Hämmerverfahren nach
Verfahren zum Herstellen
