The invention relates to a flasher light transmitter for signal lamps, in particular for motor vehicles a bimetallic strip which is subject to a certain transverse force and which has switching contacts in its center having. In the case of such a flashing light generator, this is indicated by an interrupter contact «! fitted bimetallic ribbon due to the expansion and contraction alternately moved into the entry and exit position, whereby the flashing lamps light up in a certain rhythm.
Such flashing unit are known, they have the disadvantage that the contact opening is carried out before the use of the jumping motion of the bimetal strip, and thus a certain uncertainty 1 is given the disadvantage. In order to remedy this disadvantage, it is proposed according to the invention to bring the bimetal strip, which is under a certain transverse force, into contact in its rest position via the breaker contacts with a second, non-pretensioned bimetal strip. The second bimetal strip has the task of supporting the movement of the bimetal strip under the transverse force during heating until the bimetal strip jumps into its working position. The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the examples shown in FIGS.

Querkraft stehenden Bimetallband1 is a thernio-bimetallic strip which is bent by a certain amount and is movably attached between the holder 2 with a notch and a flat spring 3. The bimetal strip 1 is provided with a notch at one end which engages around the compression spring 3. On the bimetal strip 1, an interrupter contact 4 is provided in the middle, opposite which a mating contact 7 is connected to the control lamp 8 s. In the rest position of the bimetal strip 1, the contact 4 touches the contact 6 attached to the second bimetal strip 5. Amount pretensioned by the spring 3, whereby a transverse force arises on the bimetal 1 and the same thus jumps, depending on the thermal expansion or contraction, into the starting and starting position. This arrangement enables the contacts 4/6 to close and open quickly, thus significantly increasing both the service life and the operational reliability. The apparent switching position of the bimetal strip 1 is the starting position, ie the contact-making position between 4/6. Is z. B. closed in the apparent position of the switch 12, the current of the battery 11 flows on the one hand via the compression spring 3 and the holder 2 via the bimetallic strip 1, the contacts 4/6, the bimetallic strip 5, the switch 12 and the flashing lamps 9 / 10, which on the other hand with the battery flasher for signal lamps.

Um 11 have connection. As a result of the current flowing over the bimetal strip 1, it expands through the Heating in the direction of the arrow shown and jumps due to the acting on the bimetal strip 1 Spring tension 3 from contact 6 in the dotted position. During this process, the bimetal strip 1 initially supported by the bimetallic strip 5, which is also in the direction of the arrow when Stroni passes through moves, d. H. participates in the movement of the bimetal strip 1 by a certain amount. This ensures that the interruption of the contacts 4/6 only with the beginning of the jumping movement of volume 1 takes place. After this switching process, the via the Blinkla.mpen9 / 10 as well as the the bimetallic strip 1 flowing current interrupted again, which has the consequence that through the immediately onset Cooling of the bimetallic strip 1 is the same as a result of the mechanical prestress in the starting position jumps back and thus closes the flashing circuit again by making contact 4/6. the The above-described function is then repeated for the duration of contact 12. As soon as the bimetal strip 1 jumps to the dotted position, control lamp 8 is switched on via contacts 4 and 7, the z. B. on the one hand with the contact 7 and on the other hand with the battery or with the chassis of the car. By a further contact arranged opposite the switch 12 a further pair of lamps can of course be switched on in the known manner. According to Fig. 2, the electrical connection between the bimetal strip 1 and the holder 2 ζ. B. produced by means of a flexible cable 14/15. This arrangement means that no contact resistance can occur at the contact points. Around

To avoid transition resistances between the bracket 2 of the compression spring 3 and the bimetal strip 1 can be arranged at the ends of this corresponding contact material, which against the bracket 2 and the spring 3 presses. To allow the bimetal strip to cool down quickly in the dotted position 1 can be provided in place of the contact 7, a planar stop to which the bimetal strip 1 is applied. To achieve a high shifting force and Depending on the intended use, the bimetal strip 1 can also have a delay time with a heating winding or the like. Be provided. In this case, the contact 4 is attached to the bimetal strip 1 and isolated one end of the heating coil connected to the contact 4, d. That is, the heating coil is over the Contact 4 placed in the circuit.
