Claims (8)

EP 83 10 8837.2 Yeda Research and Development Co., Ltd. 2 0. Sep. our ref.: S 603 EP Patentansprüche (deutsche Übersetzung nach Artikel 67 EPÜ)
1. Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Interferon (IFN), dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß geeignete Zellen in Gewebekultur gezüchtet werden, einer_solchen Zellkultur eine zu messende IFN-Probe zugegeben wird, die Zellen mit einem geeigneten Virus infiziert werden, diese für eine bestimmte Zeitspanne inkubiert werden, das Virus durch Verwendung eines geeigneten Detergenz lysiert wird und, daß der Virusproteingehalt der lysierten Proben bestimmt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das verwendete Virus das Vesicular-Stomatitis-Virus (VSV) ist.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Virusinfizierten Zellkulturen lysiert werden und in PVC-Gefäße gefüllt werden.
.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Gefäße PVC-Mikroplatten sind.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei dem das PVC- ^O gebundene Protein mit anti-VSV-Antikörpern inkubiert wird und das absorbierte IgG gemessen wird.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die lysierten Viren durch einen Radioimmunoassay oder einen EL'ISA-Test gemessen werden.
7. Ausrüstung zur Ausführung eines IFN-Tests, die insgesamt enthält:
a. Lyophilisierte Virusprobe
b. Lysis-Puffer
c. Tween-PBS-Puffer
d. Eines der folgenden:
(I) gereinigtes anti-Virus-Immunoglobulin,das an ein für die Verwendung bei ELISA geeignetes Enzym gekoppelt ist,

(II) anti-Virus-Serum und j-markiertes Protein A
(III) anti-Virus-Serum und Enzym-gekoppeltes anti-IgG-Serum für (I) oder (III), ein Substrat für das Enzym, das beim ELISA verwendet wird und eine Stop-Lösung, die die Spaltung dieses Substrats durch das Enzym beendet
e. Mikroplatten für ELISA (I) oder (III) oder für RIA (II)
8. Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 7, bei der das Virus VSV ist.
