Es sind Vorrichtungen zum Befestigen von Mundstückansätzen, z. B. Filter-, Rezeßfilter-, Hohlfilteroder anderen Mundstückansätzen, an Zigaretten od. dgl. durch Herumlegen eines Verbindungsstreifens um die Stoßstellen der in Mulden eines Fördermittels liegenden Zigaretten und der an diesen zu befestigenden Mundstückansätze mictels beweglicher Glieder bekannt. Hierbei sind an den Gliedern unter Einfluß von Federn gegen die Zigaretten-Mundstückgruppen schwenkbare Klappen angeordnet, die nacheinander die ihnen zugekehrten Lappen der Verbindungsstreifen um die Stoßstellen herumlegen. Dabei führen die Antriebsglieder für die Klappen eine annähernd radiale Hin- und Herbewegung in Richtung auf die Zigaretten-Mundstückgruppen aus, zu deren Erzeugung ein schwer zugänglicher Steuermechanismus im Inneren der als Fördermittel dienenden Muldentrommel bzw.
