Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
The invention relates to a method for fastening column insulators by means of intermediate sleeves.
A method is known, pillar insulators with the interposition of elastic or plastic sleeves to be attached to the supports by placing these sleeves in the insulator cavities in a considerably deformed state to be introduced. This deformation must be fixed during insertion, e.g. B. by hypothermia. That but cannot be done on the construction site. In addition, such isolators are not easy to use be removed; they have to be smashed when replacing them on the mast, which creates considerable difficulties power.
Another method is based on the sleeves both on their inside and on their outside to be provided with ring-shaped circumferential locking beads that fit into corresponding recesses in the isolator cavities and supports should snap into place. In this case, isolators and supports are where the sleeves must pull in the length ao in order to become thinner, pressed into one another. Here, too, replacement is only possible by opening the insulators to be replaced smashed the mast. The application of the new insulators is also due to the force required difficult on the mast. Finally, the process assumes that both isolators and Supports have a corresponding custom-made product.
Another way to fix the supports in insulators is to first place caps on the supports made of plastic or elastic material. These are then fitted with the internal thread provided insulators screwed on. A significant disadvantage here is that only insulators with smooth Internal threads can be used (glass insulators and porcelain insulators with internal glaze). Of the normal porcelain insulator with a rough inside cannot be used.
Other suggestions relate to sleeves that are threaded that fit into corresponding Screw in the mating thread of the insulator inner bore. Such sleeves will soon be made of metal (with longitudinal slots), sometimes made of rubber-like material, sometimes cylindrical, sometimes conical. What they all have in common is the disadvantage that these are intermediate links which, because of the Thread must be made suitable and therefore relatively expensive for a mass-produced article are; However, it is even more difficult to produce the dimensionally accurate thread in the porcelain insulator.
B. Gummi oder Kunststoff, lose auf das kegelige, mit Gewinde versehene Stützenende aufgesteckt, so daß sie etwa im Anfangsteil des Kegelstückes sitzt, und dann wird beim Aufbringen des Isolierkörpers auf das Stützenende durch die Reibung der Zwischenhülse an der Innenbohrung des Isolierkörpers die Zwischenhülse in Richtung der Kegelbasis mitgenommen und dabei so verformt, daß sie ein festes Verbindungsglied zwischen Isolierkörper und Stütze bildet.formed cuff-shaped intermediate sleeve made of flexible, elastic or plastic material, e.g. B. rubber or plastic, loosely on the tapered, threaded provided end of the prop attached so that it sits approximately in the initial part of the cone piece, and then is applied when the insulating body is applied to the end of the column due to the friction of the intermediate sleeve the inner bore of the insulator, the intermediate sleeve taken in the direction of the cone base and deformed in such a way that it forms a fixed link between the insulating body and the support.
It is also possible before the insulating body and intermediate sleeve are applied to the end of the support to arrange a centering ring on the cone base bounded by a collar. This ring also exists expediently made of the same material as the intermediate sleeve.
Mon-The insulator, together with the flexible, approximately cylindrically shaped intermediate sleeve, is placed on the conical one Thread of the support as it were screwed on, with the decreasing distance between Support cone and insulator inner wall, the intermediate sleeve plastically deformed and pressed together and so the solid connection results. This requires the taper of the inner bore of the insulator and the end of the column not to be the same at all. It does not matter whether the inner bore of the insulator is rough or smooth or whether it also has threads or not. You can use the common insulator that is not glazed on the inside and nothing is needed but a simple spacer. It is also particularly valuable that a small amount of force when applying the insulator to the support is sufficient to achieve a large To achieve adhesion in the axial direction. Mon-

tage und Demontage sind also einfach und ohne weiteres am Mast möglich.assembly and dismantling are therefore easy and straightforward on the mast.
The centering ring ensures a centric fit and prevents the isolator from accidentally closing is screwed far on the support and blown up.
Using an application example shown in the drawing the invention is explained. On the conical support thread 1 of the support 4 is the as a simple threadless cylindrical ring body designed intermediate sleeve 2 initially loosely attached. The insulator inner bore 3 engages the intermediate sleeve when the support 4 is inserted. With further application by turning the insulator 5, the friction is applied to the intermediate sleeve on the tapered thread in Taken in the direction of the cone base and thereby presses itself together so that they form a solid connecting link forms between the insulator and the support. By a centering ring resting on the collar 6 of the support 7 the screwing-in process is limited and the isolator is centered at the same time.
