Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polymers aus einer Polymerschmelze sowie ein Steuersystem, durch das wenigstens ein Reaktorsystem einer Anlage zur Herstellung eines Polymers aus einer Polymerschmelze steuerbar ist. Die Polymerschmelze wird durch ein Anlagenvolumen geleitet und durchläuft wenigstens ein Reaktorsystem, in dem eine durch Zustandsgrößen definierte Reaktion abläuft. Im Anlagenvolumen wird durch ein Messsystem eine Zustandsgröße der Polymerschmelze bestimmt und die Reaktionsparameter des Reaktorsystems werden in Abhängigkeit von dieser Kenngröße gesteuert. Überraschend hat sich ergeben, dass eine besonders genaue und robuste Steuerung erreicht wird, wenn als Zustandsgröße der Polymerschmelze die von einem Coriolos-Kraft-Sensor (19-22) erfasste Coriolis-Kraft verwendet wird. Die Reaktionssysteme (5, 7-10, 13, 15) werden von einem Kontrollsystem (25) in Abhängigkeit von der gemessenen Coriolis-Kraft gesteuert.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a polymer from a polymer melt and to a control system by which at least one reactor system of a plant for producing a polymer from a polymer melt can be controlled.
