Abstract

Die Herstellung von aliphatischen C¶4n¶-Olefinen, C¶4n¶-Aminen, C¶4n¶-Aldehyden oder C¶4n¶-Alkoholen, wobei n eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 3 bis 6 ist, erfolgt durch DOLLAR A a1) Bereitstellen eines C¶4¶-Olefin-Gemisches, das 50 bis 100 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gemisch, an Butenen und Butadienten enthält, wobei 50 bis 100 Gew.-% der Olefine linear sind, und Überführen des Gemisches gegebenenfalls zusammen mit weiteren 1,3-Butadien, so dass ein Molverhältnis von Olefin: Dien im Bereich von 1 : 1 bis 10 : 1 vorliegt, in eine Stufe b1), DOLLAR A b1) Addition der Butene an die Diene im Gemisch zum Erhalt von Dienen, deren C-Atomzahl um 4 erhöht ist, in Gegenwart eines basischen Katalysators, und Überführen des Gemisches in eine Stufe c1), DOLLAR A c1) Isomerisierung der Diene im Gemisch zu konjugierten Dienen mit unveränderter C-Atomzahl an einem Isomerisierungskatalysator, und Überführen des Gemisches in Stufe d1), DOLLAR A d1) Abtrennen der C¶4n¶-Diene aus dem Gemisch und Überführung in Stufe e1) und, zumindest teilweises, Rückführen der im Gemisch verbleibenden Diene zusammen mit Butenen in Stufe b1), wobei das Molverhältnis von Butenen zu Dienen 1 : 1 bis 10 : 1 beträgt, DOLLAR A e1) Selektivhydrierung der C¶4n¶-Diene zu C¶4n¶-Olefinen oder weitere Umsetzung der C¶4n¶-Diene zu C¶4n¶-Aminen, C¶4n¶-Aldehyden oder C¶4n¶-Alkoholen.
