Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Separieren und Abführen von Gasblasen aus einer strömenden Flüssigkeit, insbesondere in einem mikrofluidischen System. Kennzeichnend sind eine Entlüftungskammer und ein anschließender Austrittsfilter, wobei der Austrittsfilter aus hydrophilem, Poren oder kleine Kanäle bildenden Material besteht. Gegebenenfalls ist noch vor der Entlüftungskammer ein Eintrittsfilter aus entsprechendem Material vorgesehen. Eine entsprechende Vorrichtung ist ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung.
