Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verteilervorrichtung zum Anschluss von mindestens zwei Ventilen, insbesondere Ventile für sterile Anwendungen, in denen jeweils ein translatorisch verschiebbares Schließglied eine Sitzfläche mit kreisförmigem Durchtrittsquerschnitt schaltet, und mit einem Innenraum in einem Gehäuse der Verteilervorrichtung, der über Anschlussöffnungen mit dem jeweiligen Durchtrittsquerschnitt verbunden ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Verteilervorrichtung (1; 1*) ist in ihrem Aufbau einfach, kompakt, totraumfrei und reinigungsfreundlich ausgestaltet und sie lässt sich restlos entleeren. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Innenraum (2; 2*) als in sich geschlossener Ringkanal (2; 2*) ausgebildet ist, dass der Ringkanal (2; 2*) durch Rotation einer erzeugenden ebenen Fläche (A2; A2*) um eine Drehachse (D) entsteht, die die Fläche (A2; A2*) nicht schneidet, dass der Ringkanal (2; 2*) zwischen zwei Gehäuseteilen (1.1, 1.2; 1.1*, 1.2*), aus denen das Gehäuse (10; 10*) besteht, ausgebildet ist, dass der Ringkanal (2; 2*) gegenüber der Umgebung durch zwei Dichtringe (4, 5 bzw. 7, 8) ausgedichtet ist, die zwischen den Gehäuseteilen (1.1, 1.2; 1.1*, 1.2*) angeordnet sind und dass Anschlussöffnungen (3.1, 3.2, ..., 3.n; 3.1*, 3.2*, ..., 3.n*) an bestimmten Stellen des Umfangs des Ringkanals (2; 2*) und an bestimmten Stellen des Umfangs der erzeugenden Fläche (A2; A2*) angeordnet sind (Figur 1).The invention relates to a distributor device for connecting at least two valves, in particular valves for sterile applications, in each of which a translationally displaceable closing member switches a seat surface with a circular passage cross-section, and with an interior in a housing of the distributor device, which is connected via connection openings with the respective passage cross-section is.
