Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Einweghülsen zum lösbaren Befestigen entweder auf einer Trägerwalze oder auf einer Adapterhülse der Trägerwalze zum Drucken, Lackieren und Beschichten. Diese zeichnen sich insbesondere durch ihre einfache Herstellung aus, so dass Nutzern ökonomisch günstig hergestellte Einweghülsen zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. DOLLAR A Die Wandung der Einweghülsen besteht dazu vorteilhafterweise aus Nickel, einem Schichtsystem aus Nickel oder einem Schichtsystem mit einem Träger aus Nickel. Die Wandung oder eine Schicht dieser Wandung wird direkt durch das Bestrahlen mit elektromagnetischer Strahlung und/oder durch das Einwirken eines elektromechanischen Wandlers und/oder durch Ätzen graviert. Die damit realisierten Einweghülsen können direkt als Arbeitshülse in der Maschine eingesetzt werden. Die gebrauchten Einweghülsen werden einer Materialaufbereitung zugeführt.
