Abstract
Bei einer elektronischen Schaltungsanordnung 1 mit einem Wärme leitenden Substrat S und wenigstens zwei auf dem Substrat S angeordneten, Verlustwärme abgebenden Transistoren 3, 4 ist jedem Transistor 3, 4 jeweils eine Fläche F3, F4 des Substrats S zugeordnet. Ein Teil der Fläche F3, F4 jedes Transistors 3, 4 ist in dem Bereich der Fläche F3, F4 des jeweils anderen Transistors 3, 4 angeordnet.
